Great game can't wait to see what the dlc will be.
too many damn bugs in the game. Not being able to open doors at points during the match and the sprint being turned into a job even with full stamina. Desperately in need of patches and an updated anti-cheat.
I jumped straight into the game playing online. For awhile it was fun, some killers were just about having fun and engaging in this fun RP of killer and survivor. Unfortunately, that's the stopgap from playing a game where it goes from fun and engaging to Mike just being a demi god. It was honestly hard to tell if someone was cheating or if the game was just that busted in his favor. Its totally understandable that the killer be a deadly threat, but there's a balance to creating a online experience where survivors have a chance to recover from mistakes, or just learn the game. If the killer is experienced, you have 3-5 minutes before it really becomes a slaughter and you need to escape. Most times people beg Mike to be cool and at least get a challenge done before just killing them easy. The campaign is so fun and really amped me up for more. The engagement possibility in each game is incredible. I once had a Mike that just wanted to get high and gave us a timer to find enough joints before he started killing us. To that end, its great if the killer sets their own fair rules, but once you find someone playing killer to the full potential, its just not fun. I really hope they balance things out. DBD has created this idea that killers are just the fan base and everyone else that plays survivor is tolerant because playing survivors as a concept is incredibly fun. I refunded for now, but I will keep my eye on this game and hope that things turn around. The world and atmosphere is perfect and the structure is there for a potentially fun and spooky game. IIIFonic, please listen to these reviews and don't just take the killers word for it. The people playing survivors can't just be NPCs for one person to enjoy the game. Balance the game so that Mikey feels powerful as a killer should be, but give more outs and slow down the killers progression so that you give survivors the chance to participate in the awesome setting the game has. There is a way to keep a killer strong and deadly without making survivors feel like fodder in the first 5 minutes.
terrible, was good when there were new players to the game playng michaels and now there just sweats and its so easy for them to kill everyone within 7 minutes. They just melee you which takes two hits. he needs a nerf
It's a okay game and it does have some promise, yeah the game does have a few issues like with the animations being a little choppy or bugging out at times showing duplicate items/weapons. Or how the camera pans into a wall during a execution (mainly the fridge ones from my experience) and you can't see anything. overall it's a neat game and I'm curious how the development goes in the future, my biggest concern is if the devs will just take our money and run like they've done with previous IPs, i guess we'll find out in 6-12 months.
