Haley's story

I like this game! Great story, nice grapic. In the top ten!

Excellent visuals (static and animated), and a very entertaining story. It is not always an AVN makes you laugh out loud, but this one manages to do it repeatedly. Done about 7 hours so far, and looking forward to seeing this branch of the story to its completion. Will be heading to Patreon to support their next game's development.

Good story, clearly implies different relationship. Very good story, story flow ok, could have said what happened to the teacher.

The game is good, not great. The storyline is a bit redundant and confusing at times. Haley seems a bit of a ditz, but the whole relationship between the MC and Haley can appear abit off sometimes. Overall, not bad to play.

While Haley's story is a fairly old AVN (which sadly does not seem to be maintained by any developers, Viitgames or Likesblondes, and does not have any developer credits listed in-game, which is strange), I picked it up during the Steam Visual Novel Festival sale. I was actually surprised at how long it was. My first playthrough took eight hours and I finished all of the endings in 17 hours. It was well worth the sale price, and I think it's worth the full price as well (and it has been rarely on sale). I would definitely recommend the relationship patch (as discussed in the forum), as the premise of the game doesn't make sense without it. I really enjoyed the dialog between the characters, especially the MC and Haley. I also really liked the side characters, such as Lisa, Alana, and Diane, and wished they had more scenes. I liked the game more than I thought I would and glad I got it. I saw that Viitgames is working on a new game and hope it comes to Steam.

Overall a cute and fun story if you can get past the brain dead MC. This is my 25th VN, and this MC is by far the biggest idiot fictional character I've experienced, almost like he just woke up from a 20 year coma that began when he was 2 yrs old. His facial expressions were also zombie-like. There is no way that any woman would fall for this goof. But thanks to the other WONDERFUL characters, I enjoyed it over-all, and was also surprised it took me 18 hrs!. Is it worth full price? I would say a solid YES. Is it a GIANT like Being A D**, Leap of Faith, or Chasing Sunsets? Not even close. Does it suck? No it doesn't. The ending came very fast, after they realized the story just kept dragging, but lots of quality work went into it and I did like it. So I think you too will like it for what it is. A complete re-write of the DUMMY MC's dialogue would greatly improve this story, because it's mostly Haley and LIsa that keep the story alive and fun. The developers other work "Life With Mary" was shorter but much better. All in all, they can really make this one shine with a nice update and I think they SHOULD! I truthfully would purchase a premium update DLC for this story! To sum it up, these developers are talented and I recommend both titles.
