miałem większe nadzieje dotyczące tej gry. Grafika i animacje planszy i samych kart jest naprawdę imponująca aczkolwiek niestety dla mnie mało czytelna. w porównaniu do wersji z wiedzmina gra słabo wykonana moim zdaniem.

GWENT: The Witcher Card Game is a competitive card game set in The Witcher universe, but it feels very different from most digital card games. Matches are played across three rounds, with the goal being to win two of them, and I have to decide when to commit cards, when to hold back and when to deliberately give up a round. That simple structure creates a surprising amount of room for bluffing and long-term planning. The biggest strength for me is how much strategy comes from deciding **when not to play**. I might have a strong hand, but using everything immediately can leave me with nothing useful in the next round. Managing my resources across an entire match makes GWENT feel more like a battle of decisions than a straightforward contest of who can produce the biggest numbers. The six factions also have their own identities and strategies, giving me plenty of different decks to experiment with. The card design is another major highlight. Heroes, spells, units and special abilities can interact in complicated ways, and building a deck around particular combinations gives me a lot to learn. I can understand the basic rules fairly quickly, but becoming genuinely good requires me to recognise synergies, predict what my opponent is trying to do and understand when a particular card is worth saving. Where GWENT can become frustrating is the amount of knowledge required once I get beyond the beginner stage. There are a huge number of cards and interactions to remember, and facing an experienced player with a well-built deck can make the skill gap feel enormous. The collection-building side can also become a long-term commitment, especially when I start wanting competitive versions of several different decks. The presentation helps enormously. The cards have detailed artwork and impressive visual effects, while the Witcher setting gives even ordinary matches plenty of personality. I also appreciate that I do not need any prior knowledge of The Witcher to enjoy the game, although recognising the characters and factions makes the experience more enjoyable for me. The free-to-play progression is another positive. I can earn rewards simply by playing, and the game has both free and premium Journey progression, with cards, kegs and cosmetic rewards available through continued play. There are optional purchases, but the core game does not require me to buy it outright, which makes it relatively easy to recommend to anyone curious about trying it. Overall, GWENT is one of those card games where the more I understand it, the more interesting it becomes. I love the three-round structure, bluffing, faction variety and emphasis on making decisions several turns ahead, while the steep learning curve and complexity can make it intimidating for newcomers. For me, though, that depth is exactly what makes GWENT worth sticking with. Rating: 7.8/10
ok
Perfect card game, very satisfying and probably makes you think a lot
Basically advanced Hearthstone with way more possibilities
If you've played the games and love the lore, I would highly suggest playing this. It stays pretty true to the OG lore, but provides a more in depth feel of just the card game itself. You get a better understanding of each faction and get to understand their different backgrounds. In the very beginning, it's pretty overwhelming. You don't have to buy anything extra (not forced to progress gameplay). There's a variety of minigames and seasonal events. You have the ability to build your own deck and allows for edit/duplication. Overall I've spent more hours playing this, than I care to share lol. Worth it!
