Gunborg: Dark Matters

Fun and unique, Difficulty is optional so if you find yourself stuck in one level you can lower it, which is nice. I personally enjoyed the hardcore difficulty, as it never felt like any death wasn't my fault. Great level design, fun story, Worth the like 10$ price, possibly 15 if they added like a boss rush in the survival mode or something. Weapons were fun to use, but you can tell the game was built around the sword and shield gameplay style. Great game, would recommend.

This game is awesome. Never play twin stick shooters so I'm getting annihilated, but still having alot of fun.

this is an incredible game with a unique control scheme. if you're into combo-based systems, you should definitely pick it up.

Bonne jouabilité. Les contrôles semble étrange, mais sont un bon design et rapide a apprendre. La difficulté des niveaux est très variable et de nouveaux obstacles s'ajoutent jusqu'au dernier niveau, un challenge jusqu'à la fin. 100% d'exploit en 5h de jeux. La quantité de contenu est acceptable. L'histoire semble porter à une possibilité de contenu additionnel dans le futur ou une suite. Le style visuel est délicieux, tout comme la trame sonore. Vaut définitivement la peine pour 10$ !

Uma história simples, mas que funciona, uma gameplay fluida e simples de entender, pixel art linda junto com animações fluidas, pode ser um pouco díficil, mas é um jogo curto.

Let down by poor controller layout, unable to be configured. Hindering the player from enjoying the pleasure of run n gun, by forcing them to slow down; aim with R, use shield, clear danger before moving on. I could not imagine entering a highly complex scene with loads happening, and many enemies or dangers. The cognitive shift required to solely rely on the developers choice of controller configuration and their movement mechanics has prevented me from perusing this game further. Disappointing as the audio track was a banger, and kept me in the loop for longer than my hands wanted to move.

The game is fast-paced, addictive, and will keep you entertained for hours in its very well-done 80s sci-fi atmosphere. Отличный шутан на пару вечеров. Играем за барышню, вооруженную мечом и щитом. Уничтожая врагов, можем присваивать себе их пушки (штук 7 разных), но с весьма ограниченным боезапасом. Щит отражает всё и вся, но поднимать его можно буквально на пару секунд, потом - перезарядка. Здоровья мало - ошибок не прощает. Сложность на нормале достойная, кому мало - есть хард. 12 уровней (+6 бонусных), 3 босса, за прохождение ставят оценки. Помимо обычного раненган-платформинга есть уровни с автоскроллингом и выживалки (в тесной комнате отбивать волны мобов). Сюжет на 2 строчки, музон незапоминающийся, но игре подходит.
