Me encanta todo el amor con el que esta hecho este juego. Es corto si, da para más tambien. Pero es todo lo que queremos en un juego que se sienta el amor y la pasión por lo que se hace. La estética es buena genuinamente tan buena como bizarra y eso es lo que creo que hace grande a los videojuegos su infinita capacidad para crear mundos tan geniales, tan frenéticos y llenos de pequeños detalles que aunque no trasciendan tanto como quisiéramos, se ganan a pulso nuestro cariño y admiración. Gun Devil is a 2D Run 'n Gun about a devil whose wife was kidnapped, he sets out on revenge mission to find the kidnapper and save his wife. The game offers 9 stages filled with fast paced action and enemies that will try overwhelm you with the number of bullets and attacks. The controls are pretty tight and it plays very well. You can get new weapons from a statue (shop) you encounter after clearing each stage. You also get new skill upgrades after beating boss encounters. You get additional coins after clearing each stage unharmed, with those coins you can buy an overpowered weapon by the time you hit the final stage. The music and OST was really nice and catchy, the type of music to get you hooked immediately into action and into the game itself. There are only 2 boss fights in the game but both were fun and adrenaline pumping, one mistake can be costly especially if you're trying to collect those 3 coins per stage as mentioned above in order to get the final overpowered weapon. Each boss design was interesting with lots of bullet hell for you to dodge on screen. I really wish the game was much longer as it was mentioned as incomplete project due to insufficient time from the developer for working on other upcoming projects. The game had me hooked and I wanted more boss fights. Quick and short 2D Run 'n Gun if you're a fan of this genre or action platformers in general. Overall Rating 8/10

Плюсы: динамичный геймплей — сочетание платформера и шутера держит в напряжении: нужно и метко стрелять, и точно прыгать; чёрный юмор и абсурдный сюжет — провокационная подача и нелепые персонажи создают запоминающийся опыт; пиксельная эстетика с «кровавыми» эффектами — стиль отсылает к ретро‑играм, но с современной иронией. Минусы: высокая сложность — требовательные к реакции участки и бои с боссами могут отпугнуть менее опытных игроков; линейный сюжет — мало вариативности в развитии истории, фокус только на продвижении по уровням; специфический контент — мультяшное насилие и провокационные шутки не подойдут для детской аудитории. Итог: игра привлечёт любителей ретро‑платформеров, чёрного юмора и динамичных экшенов — она заряжает энергией, смешит абсурдом и бросает вызов ловкости. Подойдёт тем, кто ценит олдскульный стиль и не боится провокаций, но вряд ли устроит ищущих глубокий нарратив, щадящий геймплей или нейтральную тематику.

gun devil is a fast paced 2D run n gun platformer set in hell where you play as the gun devil trying to save his wife from satans son who kidnapped her. this is an amazing game the story and dialogue are hilarious and the game doesnt take itself seriously at all I mean theres a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ capybara. i loved the dialogue and the jokes and it made me laugh multiple times the art is awesome. the use of colors is fantastic and everything is regonizable. the characters look cool and the backgrounds are great the music and sound effects arent the best but they do theyre job. they get a little repetitive if you die a lot though the gameplay is simply put amazing. the movement is smooth and there are many unique weapons and skills that can be used in different situations and every level introduces a new mechanic or enemy or teaches you an ability and there are 2 bosses that are perfect in difficulty they arent too hard or too easy. i loved gun devil i had fun from beginning to end. i encountered some annoying bugs but not game breaking ones and i think the female characters could use some clothes but overall i think it deserves a 9 out of 10

3/5. This game is very simple. I went into this game thinking "I cannot get hit bc of the challenge coins". Spoiler alert: DONT DO THAT. The gun you get at the end of the game is not even unlockable till post-game. That being said, everything else about this game is stellar. You play as a mustache-having devil who uses guns. The guns don't feel all that different to me, other than the ranges. To me, they didn't change the difficulty of the bosses (they aren't all that bad). The game is really just too short to be super memorable, which is a shame because you see seeds of potential.

i tried 100%ing this game on my first playthrough. big mistake.

Crazy game, hopefully agelvik is going for a remake. We'll see!
