Grove

Visually, Grove is absolutely beautiful. The animations, the environment, and the overall vibe make it a really relaxing experience. You plant and upgrade trees with different abilities, building up your forest while defending it from waves of enemies. It’s simple, easy to pick up, and honestly a great game to just unwind with. That said, don’t let the calm aesthetic fool you — things ramp up quickly. I hit a wall at Level 6 where the difficulty suddenly spikes, adding a bit of intensity to an otherwise chill experience. Gameplay-wise, it’s pretty straightforward. There’s not a ton of deep strategy, but it works well for what it is: a relaxing tower defense game with a light challenge. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the glitches: After losing and starting a new game, a “grove is lost” message stayed stuck on screen, making it hard to play The game wouldn’t properly close, forcing me to exit using Control + Alt + Delete These issues were frustrating and definitely held the game back. Without them, this could’ve scored even higher. 🌿 Final Verdict: 7/10 A beautiful, relaxing tower defense game with a nice balance of calm gameplay and sudden challenge — just needs some bug fixes to really shine.
