Grimm's Hollow

It's often a struggle to find free to play games that have great game mechanics AND are visually and audibly pleasing AND are interesting story wise, however this game checked all the boxes. The artstyle and colour palettes are very nice to look at, I loved the different soundtracks that set the mood for each section of the game, the sound effects were very well done, everything felt very cohesive. I enjoyed the story line for this game as well as the game mechanics of the different types of ghosts and their individual strengths and weaknesses. All in all it's a very well put together game and I'd absolutely pay for a longer game similar to this one made by the same creator if they ever decide to make another game

When I first heard about Grimm's Hollow, I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. I suppose that goes for anyone when they try something for the first time, but ever since I was introduced to it a year ago, I absolutely fell in love with the game and its art-style. It tells a very touching story and handles the topic of death in a perfect way, and I highly recommend people to try it out. :]
