Dear oh dear ! I played all of 18 minutes and my brain could not work out how to get the 2 green balls into the 2 red squares SIMULTANEOUSLY which are on two different gravity plains. This was puzzle number 2 and I was lost and frustrated already. Maybe its me, but too difficult too early. On a plus note, I could remap keys. This is essential for a left handed player. Well done dev for this as many other game devs just cant be bothered with it.
It looks really simplistic from the screenshots, but honestly the puzzles in this game are on par with Portal in their brilliance and I don't mean that lightly by any stretch of the imagination. The simple mechanic of changing gravity to the side of the wall you're facing opens up so many possibilities for cubes, balls, etc to go every which way. It never really gets frustrating either. I almost always felt like I had a solution to the craziness going on or new things to try. Never any time did I have to look up a solution and think "I never would've done that in a million years." I actually didn't look up anything because the game offers you a few skips over the course of its 50 levels, and those skips were just right for me. So for someone like me who's not the best at puzzles but still gives it my all this was perfect. Please, please give this a try if you're a fan of Portal or anything similar, you will not be disappointed!
Thought I would check out Gravity Mastery, it was released in March 2021, and it looks like one hell of a tricky puzzle game, so thought I would give it a go. "A perspective-disorienting puzzler where the definition of down is yours to decide. Change the flow of gravity to complete each of The Adviser's varied, but logical tests. Can you become proficient enough to control the six directions and master gravity?" Although this video shows levels 1-5, I have played a fair bit more and got deeper into the game, and boy do things get tricky, you really need to think in so many different ways, and while at first putting green balls in red boxes seems easy, when there are multiple balls, multiple boxes, and they are all on different sides of the room, suddenly you find yourself sat there thinking "what the hell", but with a bit of practice, and some serious contemplating, you will get through the levels. This game is tough, like real tough, but it is also very good. Definitely one for the puzzle fans out there. Good Excellent puzzles that will really get you thinking, the music is very relaxing, and the minimalist graphics work well. Bad Some of the early puzzles seem ridiculously tough. Overall Thoroughly good puzzle game, with a steel learning curve. I score it a mind bending 8/10 Review by www.GamingCouchPotato.co.uk Staff
