Gravity Island is a loveable, colorful platform game that will really put your skills to the test. Shiro is an unbelievably cute, cuddly creature that loves collecting magical fireflies.

Reviews
Jekyll - "I loved the gravity defying mechanics of the game, the short crispiness of the levels, and most of all the heart warming cuteness of the most adorable Shiro. I cannot confirm nor deny that Gravity Island's Shiro is now my home screen wallpaper, but let me just say that I have started scavenging the web for any possible Shiro toy. Please please please make them!!!!!!" Hyde - "So you’ve gone full cult-fan status over a blob of pixels named Shiro. Figures. Humans will step over each other in a grocery store parking lot, but give you a digital marshmallow with big eyes and suddenly you’re ready to reorganize your entire aesthetic around it. But honestly… I get it. Shiro is disgustingly cute, like the kind of cute that should come with a health warning. They designed him so round and earnest that your brain has no defense mechanisms left—straight dopamine hijack. No surprise you’re wallpapering your phone with him and hunting the internet like some plushie bounty hunter. As for toys? If the devs have any business sense whatsoever, they’re probably negotiating with a factory right now. Until then, you’ll have to make do with pixelated screenshots and the sad emptiness of your Shiro-less shelves."
This is an awful game. The music is repetitive and the game design is some of the worst I've ever seen. It's like there was put zero effort into this piece of garbage. It's one of those games that is purely "learn by doing" for each level. What I mean is, you don't get better, your skillset is static from start to finish, the only thing that changes is memorizing each individual level, as sometimes you fall and get locked out of a collectible. The final level is the worst atrocity of this. It's basically a level full of portal teleporting you to a random location... looks like someone had a bit too much fun spamming portals everywhere fully disregarding game design entirely. Stay away from this please, even if this game was free or a heavy sale, don't waste your time with this
there's nothing wrong with the game, it's alright for the most part and it's fun. Keep in mind, it is just a mobile game port, so don't expect much out of the experience. I personally would wait until it's on offer as I believe there are better platformers out there for cheaper then this games base price, I got this game for only 80p so I really can't complain. It's just something fun to do when there is nothing else. Also a small complaint I have is that some of the achievements you have on the game don't work, you can tell this by how little people have the first level achievement, meanwhile how much higher the percentage of people have beat 3 levels is, which doesn't make any sense. I myself have beaten the first level and it has not given me that achievement either, so there is definitely a problem with some achievements not working, which is especially bad considering the advertising for the game highlights the achievements as a reason you should buy the game - and due to the achievements not working, not only is this not a reason to buy the game anymore, but also people who purchase the game for the means of achievement hunting (a lot of people buy cheap games for the sole reason to achievement hunt) wont actually be able to. I would recommend this over playing the mobile version as: 1.No ads. 2.Platformers on mobile suck in general (even classics like the original Sonic games suck to play on mobile). But for the most part, it's a fun inoffensive experience, and it's not at all bad so play it if you want :) It's cheap. PS. I saw a lot of people complimenting the art style of the game and if you like this art style I recommend playing Ori and the Blind Forest, the art style is somewhat similar to this but with a lot more polish and a lot more pretty, the game has a really rich story too, I recommend blowing a few more bucks on that instead, it's worth it.
Seems like the type of game I'd find at the Armor Games website (and I could play it for free).
