Booting up this game every once and while is sure to give you a good time. The movement is decent, the obstacle courses are laid out well and allow for shortcuts (aka cheesies), and there's charm oozing from the different locations you visit; especially the few worlds. However, I do wish there was more depth to the movement mechanics, especially coming from a source engine background.
great game. If you like hard games and going fast, then this is for you. The skillcurve is pretty steep at first but the movement is insanely fun especially once you get good at it. Controller is supported but not recomended for higher level of play.

Our neighbor’s kid literally busted our mailbox because he was playing “the floor is lava” on our front porch. Since I had already played the heck out of this game, I wasn’t even mad. I was kind of impressed.
Очень крутая игра, никогда не видел настолько интересное лобби. Всем советую.
Игра короткая, прходится за 1-2 часа. Покруче мирорс едж где то. Советую
Such an INCREDIBLE Studio, much love, and respect for Klei. Always aim to be creative and they do outstanding work with their games. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.
Level wise it has a lot of variety and challenging difficulties. The design of the levels are clever, you can take different paths/routes and challenge yourself to set faster times on the public leaderboards. As a person who's (VERY) bad at parkour platformers am really enjoying Cloudbuilt. There is definitely a learning curve to the game, getting used to the controls can be tricky if you've never played a game like Cloudbuilt before. Nonetheless, you feel so satisfied after beating a level and knowing you've made it. The only con I can think of is the cutscenes. Each time you finish a level you get prompted to watch the same cutscene but with a different voice line. You can easily skip those by pressing any key though.
one time i spent ages dying on a level where i had launched specifically to get to the end without dying cause i love those stars, and it took me ages to do it, and i finally managed to do it and got my best time, too, and there was a guy at the top of the leaderboard like "12 seconds" and i typed in chat like "aaa how did you do that!!" and offered to show me if i wanted to watch his screen. I did so, and 12 seconds i was just,,,, flabbergasted. I'd seen videos and stuff of people going really fast, but like being able to see it in context and everything was just something else entirely.
did you like Counter strike bunny hopping, climb (Kz), or surf? do you wish it killed your hands less? this game is for you. its fun and the theme is very cute and the maps are designed well many with large skips you can do by just being good.
