About
Gravia is a gravity-themed action/puzzle game where you create small "black holes" called Rifts. Destroy obstacles, solve puzzles, and move around at crazy speeds. The main game is a mix of Action and Puzzle gameplay, offering a satisfying challenge, without being too difficult. See how your Rifts interact with other advanced technologies, such as: Anti-gravity, laser beams, rocket launchers, gravity shields, energy orbs and robotic soldiers.

"Story Mode" features a fully voiced cast of characters. Explore a high-tech research facility as it deals with the fallout of a spacetime catastrophe. The main game typically provides an 8-10 hour experience. (Don't worry; cutscenes are skippable if that's not your thing.)

If you're looking for more of a challenge, we've got you covered. Almost all levels contain hidden areas that can only be reached by the most skilled and dedicated players. Finding them all usually adds about 30-50 hours to the game.
Most levels can also be played in "Time Trial" mode, where you try to finish the level as fast as possible. See where you rank on the Leaderboards.
And if you're still not sufficiently challenged, try the new "Hard Mode", where you replay familiar levels with insanely difficult changes.

Gravia is in Early Access, with probably 90% of the game is complete at this point. There are two major areas of development remaining before the official 1.0 release:
Adding the remaining 10 or so levels planned.
Replacing placeholder dialogue/artwork with final voice recording and art assets.

It's great! Not only do the mechanics feel extremely polished and satisfying to use, but the visuals are really good too! And it's an indie game, at that. Honestly... black holes? physics based? If you like anything that has the word "procedural" or/and "destruction" in it, then you should at the very least give this game a try.
An amazing physics based indie puzzler that makes me reminisce back to the Portal days. Even in early access and testing i've been hooked from day one and can't wait to see how this game grows up! If your all about puzzle games that make you actually think, lots of trial and error plus secrets to tempt to you all corners of the map, definitely give this a go! I promise, once you've played the demo, you'll be dying to play more! Besides, who would really say no to being able to throw black holes everywhere and cause utter chaos? Just ... remember to brace ;p
This game is an amazing puzzle game that feels dynamic, with a good amount of challenge for those willing to tackle it, and with an overall "feels good" feel to it. The Rift mechanics are easy to understand, hard to master, and when you master it, it feels amazing. Destroying something, seeing items and debree collide and interact until they get eaten by the rift is very entertaining on itself, but then, you also make it a puzzle! It has some nice progression and secrets are challenging and fun, I cannot recommend it enough. The latest updates do introduce a couple nice mechanics too!
This game has TONs of promise, and to be honest I am quite impressed at how stable it ran for me given it's a one-man-show - fantastic work! Now to the details - Pros: The game mechanics are phenomenal and with a story-line this literally has the potential to be the next Portal/Portal2 in my opinion. Uses a known-stable engine and runs rock-solid already. I had a LOT of fun with it! Cons/Areas needing support: Graphics are rather simple and definitely need to be spruced up drastically (this is not a one-man job in my opinion though... if a shop were to pick this up and give it a total makeover it would be a huge boon for the game.) The levels could benefit from a professional level-designer as some of the levels were a bit too easy to solve for their location in the progress/campaign. Story-line is non-existent/limited (to be fair, we know this though as the game is still in-development.) Videos/Animations are rudimentary and need to be reworked from scratch (also not a 1-man job IMO) Dialogue is also rudimentary and could benefit extensively from professional voice actors, so hopefully this will evolve with the story-line and campaign. Overall I give it a solid 8/10 for an early-release game and a 10/10 for the novel game mechanic introduced - cannot wait to see how this one shapes up and I really hope a larger shop takes notice of this game and takes it on as I think it would really benefit from the additional resources. Fantastic work Dan! Flicker Edit after Dev-comment: Hi Dan, Thank you for the response, I appreciate having the context on some of the decisions although I've never really provided any input on an early-dev game before so this is very interesting to me. :) On the visuals, there's nothing "wrong' with what's there I just feel like the commercial dev shops put more 'bling' on things. One thing specifically that I felt was a bit unusual was that the left arm is completely stationary while moving. I know the complexity of trying to imitate an arm while walking so I can appreciate that its much easier to leave it static but I think it would really contribute to the overall feel of the player while moving. The other thing I actually went back and looked at after you asked me about specifics on the visuals were the doors and associated open/close animations as well as the textures applied to surfaces. I have graphics cranked as high as they will go since my current rig has a water-cooled 2080 super and can peg most games at max so it's possible I notice it more than most gamers would, and I zero creative/artsy ability so I can't offer much more on those recommendations beyond the very nebulous "more bling equals more good" opinion. The small-door automation feels 'off' too, not sure if its because of how quickly they open/close or if it's just how they kind of disappear into the wall but I think a bit of work on that, and maybe slowing them down some would also contribute to the overall feel of the game-play. I will play through again with a bit more criticality and see if i can help make that recommendation less nebulous. I'm happy to be a tester for you if you're looking for bodies to evaluate builds/changes before publishing so just let me know if so, otherwise I look forward to watching the game grow. Talk soon, and thanks again!
Good Game
Interesting concept but I think no further dev time past early access will make this game ever really stand out as something solid. Cringey music, character interactions and death screens amongst other small details made me nope out of this one pretty quick.
great gravity (you will see what i mean)
le jeu est très intéressant, hate de voir la suite=
What and excellent game! I know others have said it but yeah it has a portal feel. It's only in early access so I'm sure that this will only get better!
Its a solid game worth a play but understand it is pretty hard. You have to be patient about dying a few times at each puzzle.
