About
Welcome to Grand Mall Simulator — an engaging economic simulator where you take on the role of managing your very own shopping mall.
Start with a small store and gradually turn it into a true retail giant. Choose your product range, set prices, monitor customer satisfaction, and strike a balance between profit and reputation: overpriced goods can bring in more income but may drive customers away.
Hire staff to automate routine tasks and create a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. Decorate your stores with stylish interiors, improve their appeal, and attract more customers. When money runs low, take on temporary side jobs like cleaning the streets or helping nearby shops for a quick boost.
Invest wisely: take out loans, open bank deposits, and once your mall becomes successful, expand beyond its walls — open outdoor stores and generate passive income.
Don’t forget to have fun: try your luck in the lottery, search for hidden items, and unlock unique achievements.
Game Features:
- Business growth and full shopping mall management
- Price control and customizable product selection
- Flexible decorating system for interiors
- Side jobs for extra earnings
- Investment opportunities and passive income
- Day-night cycle affecting gameplay

this game use to be fun. the devs literally took everything fun out of the game and left you with a second job. i can not recomend this game now.. its no longer fun at all... it just a choure now,,,,, wow.. took a really fun game and made it sufferable....
For the price the game is worth it. It is in very early access. I do see the potential for this game to become a huge hit
Love the idea of running my own mall, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired, which is particularly unfortunate in a game stuck in early access as an abandoned project the dev doesn't even care enough to charge a substantial amount of money for, although I'm not shocked something this bare-bones is as cheap as it is. While I wasn't expecting anything that feels genuinely real, the lack of realism in Grand Mall Simulator is sorely disappointing. Not only do the NPCs largely look the same, but they also just kind of stand around T-posing. All of your employees are "working" (standing around while business is magically conducted invisibly) 24/7, hence their pay being denoted as a daily rate. You can't hire mall staff beyond runners who stock shelves for whichever stores need inventory to be restocked. No security guards, no janitors, no food court staff (probably because there is no food court, LOL), no one running little kiosks or activities, etc. Even stores can only have two employees: one cashier (implementation outlined above) & one store manager, whose functionality I never did discover. You don't get to see the managers, either, unless they're the creepy bearded dudes ominously T-posing in the same room next to the storage room while doing absolutely jack-all (maybe THIS is the source of GMS's realism). Moreover, the player doesn't actually manage a mall so much as he/she manages multiple stores remotely, from a computer. And then one can collect inflated amounts of money for doing repetitive menial tasks during downtime, since the main responsibility consists of ordering and delivering stock to the warehouse, since automating this is prohibitively expensive. Although my biggest gripe is that the mall seems to close (kind of) at 9 PM and doesn't reopen until I think 9 AM, leaving the player with nothing to do for 12 hours. And no, this cannot be skipped. The player just stands there, miserably, for 12 in-game hours (12 real life minutes). Forced downtime is such an asinine mechanic, which I can only surmise serves as a means of stretching the players' play time sufficiently to deny refunds based on.
😂😂😂😂😂 But my favorite feature is that the game cannot be paused 😂😂😂😂😂
There is such little care and love in this game. It just feels soulless. It's Eurojank. Nothing more and nothing less. But above all else, Grand Mall Simulator leaves me wondering if the devs have ever been inside of a mall in their lives.
BON JEU ? MAIS TROP PEU D ARTICLE PAR BOUTIQUE ,
This game had potential. However, it is abandoned. There is no update, since August 2025.
Vraiment chouette jeu !
