As much charm as this game has, it is a definite avoid right now. There are few players, maybe 5-10 on, and the main reason for this is the PK aspect and griefing. A player with near max gear and skills pked a new player and kept hounding them. I entered the conversation and now I was griefed by this player. What is worse is this player has discord moderator status and apparently can see bug reports. So if you want to have fun avoid this game until in house clean up of toxic staff is dealt with or a permanent opt out for pk is added. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- good parts: crafting is detailed, sailing is fun, world is large and looks good (world map is HUGE, so much potential here) bad parts: pk, toxic staff (only one from what I can gather, the others are super nice but I have only seen one of them once <they are a credit to this game>. unfortunately the one that is on frequently is a griefer and borderline harasser and damages the enjoyment of this game tremendously.
Seems like a good game but for sure dead every time I've logged on i was literally the only player online seems the open pvp killed it so for now i cannot recommend. went to their discord and asked this Yesterday at 7:58 PM so steam reviews look pretty good for this game how does everyone here feel about it? *crickets* Today at 8:20 AM That good huh? then finally started to get this Today at 10:48 AM So to answer you question [10:49 AM] games "fun" but you'lle ventually run into the fact this game is fairly dead there are only 15+ people playing this You can play solo up toa point but when you get to the rougher bosses like dragon tamer and so on good luck. and frankly The development is super slow this game is being made by a dev team of 3 people more or less and updates take for god dang ever to come out [10:50 AM] on top of that the games a passion project so it will likely never see a release. Oh it will get "finished" But by the time it does 0 people will be playing nor caring. [10:53 AM] How long has this game been in development anyways So safe to say the devs probably are not working on this anymore seeing as their last message to players was on 11/02/2020

This game should be for free, it's totally dead, if you meet a single person online you're very lucky. It's not fair to people who buy it, you pay to play an online game and then it's empty. The game is not even nice, it seems nice at the beginning but then you do the same thing on and on if you wanna proceed. I wish i could have my money back.
worst money spent on steam
Dont buy this game it was great but the game is closing its servers in June. Dont waste your money!
abandoned game terrible grx even though i had it on high just no..
game seems totally abandoned. Their website is just a bunch of broken links.
The community and devs are friendly but I just can't recommend this game. I played a good bit but in it's current state where is has been in development for several years it just does not seem like it will ever release. The whole world could be explored in about 2 hours as soon as you craft a boat. The only thing to really do is fight a small handful of enemies around 20 different ones and do very afk padded out skilling. There is only 21 quests and none of them really have that much depth although some add a bit of story to the game there is no quest lines or anything significant. Player housing has been borked for a good while and is world space housing. The problem with the housing situation is less than 100 player houses in the world and many houses are owned by people who don't even play the game anymore and the devs said they were working on adding upkeep costs but idk if that would be anytime soon. I just personally don't find the game very appealing right now it just feels like a grind to nowhere.
Simply put, 3 to 5 people play this, It's clunky and just not that exciting. This game needs lots of money if it has any chance.
Bout 2 years ago, when this still had steam(no pun int) I played pretty hardcore for a good lil bit. Back then, game was very fun if you're into osrs style games. Only issue was a group of toxic maxed out players that made gaming as a newbie awful. If I wasn't a solo-player type, would've been uninstalled after bout 10 hours. Nothing was done about it, lots of newbies were turned off. Checking back now, "3 players online right now" + "4 players 24-hr peak" + "109 players max peak 2 years ago" = Dead MMO.
