i dont get it.
the one with the chin was my friend once.
I really thought I was going to pick up what this game was putting down. I was so ready to take my time and let this esoteric fishing game tell me a dark funky little story. Okay, sure, sometimes you gotta put a little effort into understanding a weird story, ya know, meet it halfway. but you gotta meet me a little closer than that, game, oh my god
An interesting experience, love the atmosphere but not for everyone. Even with speeding up the wait times progress/discovery is locked behind waiting, and by hoping you can either trial and error bait & location combos or through reading vague notes(alongside that you can still despite this all end up catching some notes). Still, a wonderful game, although at the time of posting it is incomplete. Only took me an hour to complete, but that's due to exiting the game while waiting to catch something, unsure what the time to complete including wait times is. Overall I'd say it was worth the hour I put into it, especially for the price of $0.
It's a miss for me because I don't have the patience for what it expects of the player in terms of making your own fun out of it and digging or waiting for something to happen. I need more than this to want to keep going. But maybe you'll dig it so try if it looks intriguing to you.
genuinely amazing experience cannot wait for part 2
