Funny as ♥♥♥♥ and fun as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Good playtime for how cheap it is, would buy it for more tbh.
Death In Abyss !
A first person shooter where you end up in a weird garden with weird critters, and while I am normally into surreal indie games (which is why I got this in the first place) this one is a lot. The dialogue is barely comprehensible, and the gameplay is just a simplistic corridor FPS.

Bad.
Choco nut dog gee
I would just throw in a one liner here and call it a day, but I feel genuinely disappointed. The games quite fun, and the gameplay is solid, dont get me wrong, but it more feels like a demo or prologue. You have collectibles that just exist for the sake of collecting, theres no gain to be made. Theres a big room with a picture of a rabbit and a duck giving you a bunch of lore. Im sure this was just meant to be a joke, but it feels like a wasted opportunity. You could have for instance used the collectibles to unlock a secret passage behind the picture frame, giving you an OP weapon or some other goofy thing that fits the games vibe, or like, have some murder bunny boss appear there, like the one in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
the garden is damned thats for sure
Annoying for the sake of being annoying, a few examples below. You can tap left mouse to fire your weapons, or you can hold left mouse to charge up a burst of shorts and fire them when you release the button, but tap firing repeatedly is so much faster than charging up a burst you end up spam clicking through the whole game. The last 3rd of the game has cobwebs blocking your path to stop you from running past everything (as you can do for the first 2/3rds), except the cobwebs slow you down so much there are spots where you'll spend half a minute just holding forward to get through them, with no alternative path or approach possible. Enemies only respawn when you die (and when you continue a save, but that's because the dev is a n00b) and can't follow you across doors, but ammo and health plants respawn after a short wait time, so it's pretty easy to clear out the whole map by advancing carefully and resupplying often: the game tries to make things more difficult by giving some enemies absurd damage output, but that only further rewards careful advances (and cheesing big spiders with AoE damage from around a corner, since you can't survive even a single hit from one of those). The first boss is moderately challenging, the second is easy but will ruin countless attempts at hitless runs, the third and final boss is extremely easy and arguably less dangerous than most common enemies. You can switch between weapons with scroll wheel down, but scroll wheel up does nothing. There are some cool ideas here and there, such as finding out about the alternate passage after you rescue the capybara, but overall it's not good.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the garden, ci es muy bueno. jajajaja
