About
GlitchMarked is a dark fantasy 2D action-platformer RPG about a forgotten warrior marked by ancient time-magic.
You awaken beyond a collapsing portal with no memory, a blade in your hand, and a living mark bound to your fate. Enemies return in glitched forms. Old runes wake at your touch. The places you pass through remember what you saved, what you broke, and what you left behind.
From the ruined cave of The First Fracture to the haunted woods of Blackpine Reach, fight through a fractured world where power is tempting, mercy is rarely free, and death leaves echoes behind.
Master sword-and-shield combat built around movement, blocking, dashing, and combo attacks. Use Nullbeat to slow enemies, projectiles, and the world around you while you keep moving through the tear in time.
Death is not only a reset. Fall too often, and the world may answer with stranger enemies, darker pressure, and consequences that follow you back from the grave.
There is no visible morality meter. Your choices are remembered through NPC reactions, altered locations, dangerous echoes, and the path your story takes. Absorb corrupted power, cleanse it, or break it apart. Then live with what remains.
Fight through tight 2D action-platformer combat with sword, shield, dash, block, and combo attacks.
Use Nullbeat, a time-fracture ability that slows the world while you keep moving.
Activate Veyrmarks, living checkpoint runes that save, remember, and guide progression.
Face glitched enemies that can return stronger, faster, or stranger than before.
Make hidden consequence-driven choices through Absorb, Cleanse, and Break decisions.
Survive Death Echoes, where failure becomes part of the world, not just a reload screen.
Explore a dark fantasy story of lost memory, ancient runes, dry undead humor, and choices that do not forget.
