Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

No reverse mouse (inverted y axis) so already not looking good. Went into one house and it looked identical to a map on Ghost Exile. I mean - I get it, they're all using the same Unity store assets but at least make an attempt to not use the same exact maps in other ghost hunting games. Ghost was apparently hunting but I had no way to tell. I didn't see anything. I just heard a stick break and apparently that means I'm dead. Then the game failed to leave and return to lobby and instead crashed. Not a good start. I'd guess for $3 this game realizes they've got a lot of work to do and they're hoping to fund the future development (or not and take the cash and run). Either way, can not recommend this.
I was gifted this game by a friend and don't know if we'll be friends anymore because of it. We only played it for 19 minutes but its 19 minutes that I will never get back. I could have done something useful like watching paint dry, but no. I was forced to play this abomination.

You're doing nothing but polluting Steam. There is no such thing as a game. Buy shaurma and at least you'll be full.
uhhh.... so i realize this is early access.. but there's nothing here to really even access lol. nothing works man. i think the only thing i could get to work was turning my sensitivity to max because the default was crazy slow. refunded for now (cant complain too much about a 3$ game). maybe I'll come back around once i see some work put into it. Also, it's spelled "thermometer." Maybe start there.

i think more fixes needed you can tell me to shut up and i will accept that. i was really excited to play this game as i love games like this, but after trying to play it twice and losing items the first time due to my system crashing i tried again and wasn't able to get anymore items due to lack of money in the game and the key wasn't there in the first map but was in the second map. i do this this game would be an amazing game maybe i'm just complaing about silly things but as of now i cant go anywhere in the game unless i guess the ghost and get it right with that guess.
I just have to say… what an absolute masterpiece of experimental game design. From the very first launch, you’re greeted with a menu screen that bravely challenges modern UI conventions. Who needs over-polished triple-A interfaces when you can have a raw, authentic experience that keeps you guessing whether you clicked the right button? That’s immersion. The graphics? Bold. Fearless. The textures have this nostalgic, almost avant-garde minimalism that really lets your imagination do the heavy lifting. Some might call it “unfinished,” but I call it “artistically open-ended.” It’s basically interactive abstract horror. The AI is particularly revolutionary. The ghosts don’t just follow predictable patterns — they seem to exist in a higher plane of chaotic consciousness. Sometimes they notice you. Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they phase through walls like they’re questioning the very concept of physics. True next-gen behavior. Performance-wise, the occasional stutter really enhances the tension. You never know if the frame drop is technical… or if something supernatural is happening. That’s layered design. And let’s talk about multiplayer. Few games dare to test friendships the way this one does. Whether you're coordinating ghost hunts or collectively trying to figure out what just happened, it’s a bonding experience that AAA studios simply cannot replicate. In short, Ghost Hunters isn’t just a game, it’s a journey. A bold, uncompromising vision that refuses to be constrained by conventional standards like “polish” or “functionality.” 10/10. Would recommend to others.
Warning: Asset Flip! Ghost Hunters is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a bunch of generic Unity suburban assets and slapped them together to try cash in on the "co-op ghost hunting" craze (that was never a craze). This is just another Russian get-rich-quick-from-Steam asset flip scam. The game was never completed, but that was never the intention, the intention was to get your money for other people's Unity assets. It has no value or merit as a real game. DIG Games have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. The game assets are fairly mediocre/low quality which fits with the idea they weren't developed by the game creator... they look like they're "just reasonable enough" to go on sale as part of an asset pack. The issue of asset flipping aside, ultimately the quality of these assets is low and low quality always makes for a less than optimal gaming experience. The game assets, such as they are, are much higher than the general quality of the game and it seems apparent the developer has just plagiarised/kitbashed them. Stock assets are just there to be used as placeholders while the developer creates their own assets for their games, but what happens far more often is lazy/unethical developers just throw a bunch of other peoples assets into a blender and put their own name on the horrible Frankenstein's Monster that results. Like this mess. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 6 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 130 million gamers on Steam and well over 140,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. On to pricing and the question of value. Should you buy this asset flip? Is this one of the best of the 140,000+ products on Steam? Absolutely not. Ghost Hunters is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk. Ethics aside, the quality problems and defects with this game makes the asking price totally unrealistic. It's impossible to recommend this to gamers here on Steam, especially considering the unethical stuff going on. Because this is just a fake game/cash grab scam, and due to the sheer unethical nature of the developer, you should avoid this completely. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from DIG Games.
It just sucks ass, dont waste the time or money.
