Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy

If your a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ masochist your gonna enjoy this game, this games ♥♥♥♥ you over so many times cause of your skill issue. I love it but i hate it so much cause of how hard it is. Have i finished it yet, no i haven't, will i ever FUH NO. this game makes me so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mad and i hate it so much i dont know why i spent 5$ buckarros on this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.

Despite it being known as a staple in the "rage game" genre, i'd say Getting Over It is more than that. Is it difficult? Very! Are there loads of opportunities to lose all your progress, and go back to square one? Yes. But, if you decide to treat it as something you play occasionally, little-by-little, when you're in the mood for a little challenge, instead of suffering through it's entirety while simmering in your own rage, you get to enjoy this experience: the rich, thoughtful commentary, light music, and even words of comfort coming from the narrator. It's a good experience, if you don't take it or yourself too seriously.
