Gears of War: Reloaded

Really, really awesome Optimization compared to the prior one. Some people moan about the Graphics, but I think it looks closer to what you wish it would look like back in 2006 based on when we drooled over the first photos that showed up in magazines, It exceeds those pictures above and beyond and what the cutscenes looked like on 360 on launch and it stays true to the original art direction. (And I'm a huge GEARS fan, since 2006 on 360 and played Gears on PC back then too when it came out.) Thank you guys so much for bringing it to Steam and showing the PC love. Now please give us Gears 2 and 3 Reloaded after you guys ship E-Day. And Gears Judgement could also get Reloaded, might save its reputation, bad performance on 360 back then.

The best way to play a genre defining game, only issues are with the fact that its the first game in the series and is lacking some of the features later games had. still a high recomendation

I wish i could pick neither yes or no. this game is an okay port from the original but from playing through the campaign of this game, it has a few issues. this version of GOW1 being a "graphical" update was not really necessary, I mostly just played it on lower graphic settings and it was fine, now onto the bugs. Both ally and enemy AI pathing is buggy, sometimes I'll have and enemy that just stands still and not do anything for several second or like on the last mission RAAM barely moves from his original position, same goes for the ALLY AI, their pathing makes it to were they cannot seem to get to you... in a straight line twenty feet from you. I'd constantly have to go into areas without my ally AI because their pathing is stuck and they cannot move till I reach the next area, almost a couple of times I got soft lock in an area because it required them to be there in order for me to progress, in which I just reloaded a couple of time from the last chapter. then when it comes to AI fighting AI your ally AI's aim is garbage, quite often I've cleared more than one areas and acts by myself because the ALLY AI got stuck or their aim was just awful. other than that; it's okay. a good nostalgia trip if you need/want one.

Gears of War Reloaded is a glorified port of Gears of War Ultimate Edition which was a remaster of Gears of War 1, which is my least favorite entry of the original Gears games. Don't expect this to be anything more than just the original game with prettier graphics, crossplay, and all DLC included at some capacity. I played every Xbox 360 era Gears of War game, and most if not all the things I hated about the original game are still in here from the janky NPC behavior, and lack of Versus bot support, to the overly aggressive chainsaw flinching. This stuff doesn't really make Gears 1 a bad game overall, it's just jankier than even half the early access games I play at times if you can believe it. In spite of that, everything that was great about Gears 1 is still here too. So it's a flawed yet complete port of a flawed yet fun game. I have no real reason to not recommend the game, but I also wanna say please bring the other Gears titles to Steam at some point.

I finished to whole thing while being new to gears of war and i gotta say, this was the worst game i played this year, it started ok but ended with a boring and clunky boss fight. There are better games out there and if i knew it would be so mid i woul have not bought it. Story is ok.

Saf bir TPS Shooter oyunu, keyifli vakitler geçirtiyor. Ancak Gears 2 ve Gears 3'ün daha rafine oyunlar olduğu söyleniyor. Bilgisayara getirirlmemesi gerçekten yazık olmuş. Oyunda keyifli saatler geçirirsiniz ancak çok fazla Lore beklentisiyle girmeyin derim. Oyunda anlatılan bir hikaye var, oyunculara verilen bir takım hikaye kırıntıları var ancak asla düzgün anlatılmıyor. Mesela ben ana karakterin sevdiği bir kadın olduğunu anlıyorum ancak kadın robot gibi tutulmuş, sadece telsizden komut verip duruyor ancak kadınla ilişkilerinden bahsedilmiyor. Ana karakter neden yargılandı veya neden oyunun başında içinde bulunduğu durum içerisinde kesinlikle belirtilmiyor ancak durumların bu şekilde olduğu anlaşılıyor. Bence Hikaye anlatımı yönünden çok saçma tasarımlara sahip, saf askerlik deneyimi yönünden keyifli oynanışa sahip. Bu arada ilk defa Game Pad ile oynadığım bir TPS oyundan büyük keyif aldım. Game Pad kontrolleri çok iyi tasarlanmış. Herkese iyi oyunlar üstadlar :)))
