Felt like a Chinese knock-off of Slime Rancher, one of my favorite games of all time. Thought this would be a more relaxed version of it, but was disappointed. Graphics were terrible. Overall, it felt clunky and unfinished. Fifteen dollars is too much to pay for what is essentially a game in its infancy, especially since one can get the original and far superior Slime Rancher for ten dollars at the moment, and twenty dollars when not on sale. That being said, I am still going to watch for progress on this game, and hopefully get the finished product depending on how it looks.
This is one of those games, I wish there was a neutral feeling rating. I feel like with work, it has good promise, but it is obviously no where near there. I'd wait a while before you buy this game, even at the price it is, and especially since the developer has stated they are only hoping for monthly updates. The bare bones are there, and there are a couple nice surprises. TL;DR Wait. You will be glad you did.

I would avoid purchasing this game as it has very bare-bones gameplay at the moment. ==Pros == + Graphics are nice and colorful + The noises that the Mooj make when you pick them up remind me of Chao from Sonic Adventure. + The ability to skip directly to night time. + A variety of different features to enhance the garden including milking stations, farm areas and cooking pots. + Mooj' appearance is based on their evolution from eating various food. == Cons == - First few days are very boring and hard to get into. - More emphasis is put on tower defense than simulation - you HAVE to fight monsters every night and defend the Mooj statue. - No music at all until random occasions such as an egg being produced or it switches to night. - Also, the music choice is very odd - it sounds like swing and big band music from the 40s and 50s that Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra would sing to. Very uncharacteristic. - The UI and text are difficult to read sometimes. Note: I didn't test what would happen if the Mooj statue lost all it's HP. I assume it's game over? I wish I waited to purchase this game and spent it on something else, but eh, you live and learn.
«Garden Of Mooj»
Добро пожаловать! i love mooj so much. strawberry, who is my pink and green mooj, is my best friend and i would die for her. it's definitely rough around the edges in terms of graphics / sound, and its gameplay is barebones. but i dont care. i love my strawberry and i love this game. she makes small loving noises to me. i will feed her a carrot
This game is a lot of fun, it feels like an early access game, but it is very calm and enjoyable, and once the game gets a few more updates, I would say it is worth playing.
seems like a great idea. but would definitely wait to see what happens later in the games life >.>

TL;DR: Get it on sale, or to support the creator while they work on polishing it and getting it out of early access. There's a lot of potential, and it seems really fun! But there's definitely more emphasis on Tower Defense than Raising Sim, and unfortunately, that's not the game I was sold on. I sincerely wish there were a neutral option for steam games, because this is simply one of those games where I don't have any strong feelings one way or another. On the one hand; the idea shows a lot of potential! I like the mooj and their expressions, I enjoyed finding food for them, and I liked watching them roll around. It's a nice way to relax. On the other hand: For a game saying it's more a sim than defense, it feels an awful lot like the other way around. I don't mind the nightly defenses - those are fun! What I DO mind is the micromanagement that I had to do to make sure my Mooj didn't fall asleep, wander off, or otherwise completely ignore the attacking foes, even when they were placed in that prime defense spot in front of the statue. And the struggle to feed them, because sometimes the Mooj just push it their food around as they're starving to death - or FINDING the food; maybe I'm just blind? I had a hard time spotting the food scattered around, and the load distance certainly didn't help. I just - I wish I could say I had a good time! But I ended up being more stressed than anything. Given time, this'll be a great game, but I can't recommend it in its current state, unless on sale, or if you really want to support the creator. They're reasonably active, which is great for the game - and all told? I'll probably pick it up again when it's a bit more developed and see if my mind's changed.
