Furry Shakespeare: To Date Or Not To Date Cat Girls?

I found this game really fun and lighthearted, and it's very nice to see a furry game for grown-ups that's Safe-for-work. The dialogue is very entertaining and humorous, and the characters are very likable. The art is very well done, and I found both the characters and backgrounds enjoyable to look at. The best I can summarize, the story is essentially about the final senior semester of a high school for royal heirs. The main character of the player is never shown and never described in detail, so it was easy to role play as a character of my own making. Some naughty four-letter words are said, and the game is certainly made for grown-ups, but the dialogue is still relatively tame. I never saw any violence in my first play through. I know very little Shakespeare, but I never felt that lost with the story, so I still enjoyed the game. I focused on Robin in my first play through, and I think her story is very interesting, and it has piqued my interest for the stories of the other characters, and I plan on focusing on Miranda in my next play through. And, Yes, the 1980s is the music genre of Intelligence.

Got it as a gift from a friend. The plot thickens with every choice, hints masterfully foreshadowing plot twists and revelations while drama and politics boils up in a swirling cauldron of love and tension. There are hints of deep lore, to be seen across the other games from the franchise, but even having played only this first, single instalment, I feel confident to say is one of, if not the single best game I played today. I'll now follow the series to completion, for I need answers only completion may provide.

I can only say one thing... I've played some similar games but... Besides being all over the place and weird, literally, I don't even have an idea what to even say, besides, it's a pretty weird game wich is all over the place topic wise, from school, to dimension hopping, Magick, Fae, AI, alternate universe enterd through VR, and the weirdest people. Hell, I just give it a 6.5/10 because atleast it made Me laugh a few times how absurd this game was.

A friend bought this for me. Made me play it on a steam call with other friends. I did not, in fact, get to date a cat girl. There were dragons. More dragons that cat girls. Cthulhu was there too...in a wheel chair. I was left with questions and I think that I will remain without answers. This was... something else.

I did receive this game for free to play test it, not in exchange for any reviews. Even though it felt a little bit like there was an inside joke here that I wasn't really a part of, I liked the flow of the story and found the stat mechanics very easy to figure out and work with to get different achievements. There is NO lewd nudity, and there's some cursing and innuendo. Sometimes in this series of games you don't ever get more than a few friendly dates, but the implication is there that the relationship goes further this time. All you need is the right stats and some focus - you won't be able get that far with more than one per run. But you CAN actually date a cat girl! There IS a misogynistic character in this game but all the other characters hate him and [spoiler]he has a redemption arc[/spoiler], so I don't think the game itself is misogynistic as another reviewer stated. Edit: This game runs on the steam deck and is playable with a caveat. There is no native controller support so you are going to want to set the controller layout to "Mouse Only" - otherwise you will get weird behaviors.
