Love the mechanics, was a ton of fun playing with my roommate. When I saw the credits i was like "WHAT NO, THATS IT???" only to be met with 'dude, it's a free game.' And he was so right.. but the fact it was free, fun, and left me wanting more means it did everything right. I did notice that it said prologue and Chapter 1. I hope that means there is more to come, I would happily throw money at the developer for more content. Great game mate.
Very good game, lots of quality time with my boyfriend playing this gem. Would recommend :)

I dislike programs that are suppose to be vetted against STEAM regulations for data integrity and being clean of virus. I detected a tracking node within this program. Very untrustworthy. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Otherwise. I was a little intrigued by the story and the interesting control scheme. Total shame.

A great platformer with a smooth and responsive gameplay, fun levels built around concepts of lights and shadows and a lovely art direction. Honorable mention for the background music as well, which changes through the level depending on your progression.
Fun free co-op platformer. This game took about 2 hours to 100% complete with shared-screen co-op and 2 gamepads; we didn't try to speedrun it (but it's supported). The game also supports a shared keyboard as control, but that makes it harder to control. The degree of co-operation that this game demands is nice; the light/shadow mechanic means that there are often different paths through the same level for either of the players. All said, the levels are well designed and fun, and the game plays very nicely overall. If you're playing this co-op (which I recommend), let the weaker player do the shadow avatar; the light avatar needs to do precision double jumps, which is often harder to achieve. Good luck with the boss fight! It's fun, it's free, recommended!
Unforunatly I can't find any gamepad option in the game while my xbox wireless controller is plugged in and works without any problems with any other game. Mabye the developer can help here. remote play works fine, the game looks pretty and smooth :) Hope to get i playable with my buddy with controller.
From The Shadows pros: fast game with modern day graphics with easy controls that moves from location A to B to C and so on, cons: difficult obstacles. good game. Personal Suggested Purchase Price: NA (Free To Play)
I`ve only played it in solo-mode, and about 71% into the game, the difficulty ramps up to frustratingly high levels. Not recommended.
