Freedom: How I Escaped

A puzzle game with an inspiring theme and very cool Voxel art. Music makes you enter that world and forces you to want to go through all the levels, seeing the challenges that lie you ahead. Congratulations developers, I want to see more levels soon!

Fun little game. controls can be a bit frustrating at turning, but overall very playable! finished the game in 20 minutes. more levels coming .. lets hope so :)

Well I wouldn't particularly recommend this game, that's not to say its a bad game at all. It just didn't really stand out all that much, the only story that this game alludes to is the title itself. The gameplay is incredibly simple with it just being not entering the light spots. It could stand to add maybe some more puzzle like elements, the levers and switches could be doing a lot more if the dev/devs wanted to. The game looks good with the style it has, and the game is too short to say anything overstayed it's welcome. All together it wasn't bad, but it wasn't really all that great either.

For those who like stealth, maze, and puzzles, this is an early access game with potential. It has a simple objective, avoid the lights, and run to escape from the place you are. Nice voxel art and sound. I had problems controlling the character with a keyboard because my brain thinks I'm playing resident evil 2 when in this kind of camera haha (in re2 when you press up you walk forward). But then I used an xbox controller and it worked perfectly. I wish to suggest an option for the player to change the camera when needed, maybe just cut to another camera angle (like age2 you can "rotate" the map). I've noticed that the developers are keeping the game updated to fix some minor bugs and to put more challenge levels, that's cool! Waiting for more! Its cheap, support the indies!!!!!

Jogo no início te mostra fases muito fáceis, como um tutorial e você acha que depois de entender o game vai ter desafio, porém ele não vem. Somente pra última fase se tem algum desafio, são poucas fases, e logo vem "em breve mais fases" ...acho que não Achei que fosse ter um desafio no estilo Rich Diamond, porém nem chega perto. Não vale pegar o game, até porque nem XP na Steam você vai ganhar, só um vazio do tipo "era só isso?"

First of all: the game works and can make a lot of fun. Every level is made with a lot of love for details, even when they offer only some seconds of introducion in a new mechanic. I missed a bit a story behind this game, but it works even without. I had some troubles getting used to the controlls, but after the last update (31.08.2020) it works as I would expect it.
