This is an honest review from someone that has been playing for 8 years and with a prime 8 account Free Fire is a good game. I’ve played for about seven years, I’m a Prime player, and I’ve spent a lot of money because I genuinely enjoy this game. This is an honest review from a veteran who wants Free Fire to improve. Cheating is one of the biggest problems. Once you reach higher levels in BR or Clash Squad, it feels like you constantly run into cheaters. It makes competing legitimately feel pointless and has personally made me step away from the game. Please improve the anti-cheat system and bring cheating down to a minimum. The weapon-ranking system also needs work. When weapons rotate every few matches, grinding for #1 in your city, state, or country becomes extremely difficult. You might wait several matches for the weapon you’re grinding, only to encounter a cheater and lose the opportunity to earn points. Give players more consistent opportunities to use the weapon they are actively ranking, or create a dedicated weapon-ranking system. Hit registration and bullets need improvement. Sometimes shots feel like they follow you around objects or walls. Bullets should travel straight, and if you move behind cover, a missed shot should miss. Please investigate whether this is hit registration, hitboxes, lag, or the shooting system. Abilities and weapons need better balance. Orion can feel too strong without enough counterplay. Weapons like the AK and especially the AN94 can also feel inconsistent in accuracy. Make weapons and abilities reward skill and give players reasonable counters. Please protect the value of expensive Evo weapons. Prime players spend a lot of money upgrading these weapons for their abilities, effects, and emotes. When an expensive Evo is heavily nerfed afterward, it can feel like the value of our purchase was reduced. Balance is necessary, but please consider the investment players make. The Prime Store needs a serious upgrade. Being Prime should feel worth it. Expensive items are understandable, but the selection needs to be premium. When you brought back Yin-Yang, why give us the version many players wanted least instead of the gold, fire, or blue versions? Give Prime players better incubators, rare items, and content that actually makes reaching Prime feel rewarding. Make the Prime Store worth our time and diamonds. Please respect veteran cosmetics. We spend a lot of diamonds collecting rare items because they make our accounts unique. Bringing back something that players paid heavily for and then giving it away for free can make those purchases feel worthless. The Lucha Libre example is frustrating. Bring old items back if you want, but do it in a way that respects the players who originally paid for them. PLEASE BRING BACK THE 2019 ZOMBIES MODE. I’m not a BR player. I became much more interested in Free Fire when Clash Squad came out, but the 2019 Zombies mode was something I genuinely loved. As a Call of Duty Zombies player, I was excited that Free Fire had its own version. The Zombies mode today does not feel the same. Bring back the foundation of the 2019 Zombies mode and improve it: new maps, missions, enemies, objectives, rewards, and Zombies-themed cosmetics. Give players another major mode besides BR and Clash Squad. I genuinely believe veterans would come back for it. Finally, bring more NEW content instead of constantly recycling old content. The Naruto collaboration shows that Free Fire can create unique experiences, so keep being creative. But focus on improving the actual game, not only collaborations and cosmetics. I’m not writing this because I hate Free Fire. I’m writing it because I love it. I’ve played for seven years, invested money and time, and I want a reason to keep coming back. Fix the cheating. Improve weapon rankings. Fix hit registration. Balance weapons and abilities. Respect Prime players and veteran purchases. Make the Prime Store worth it. Bring back 2019 Zombies. And keep creating genuinely new content. Free Fire has the potential to be much better. Please listen to your veteran players.
