Fortune Fragments

I ended up refunding this game. I would recommend it if you're in it only for the puzzles and not so much the story. If the story really matters to you, as with me, you'll find it frustrating. I discovered upon reaching certain chapters that it is impossible to unlock all the story choices/ content through the puzzles. I repeated the puzzles over and over, trying to unlock all the choices just because I was after the story and it really bothered me to randomly have 1 out of 3 hidden because of RNG with the puzzle pieces received, or the puzzle itself moving the colors around per turn (obnoxious), and so on. No joy.

I bought this game on a whim to support a Finnish team and I almost forgot to play it. But now I'm happy I gave it a chance! It feels to have a good balance between puzzles and plot. I like the challenge level and how you still don't have to be a perfectionist in this game. Don't worry about leaving some loose lines here and there! The difficulty level scales up steadily and it's satisfying to figure out good rune combos. The game does not give them to you on a plate. The rewards for better scores are additional pieces of information. You can choose to use them - or not! Your fortunate telling skills don't cover the consequences. So far the plot and puzzles feel intriguing enough to keep me playing and aiming for high scores. There are multiple plotlines to follow and they all feel interesting and different! The art is good and omg Basil is so adorable, he must be protected! My only warning is not to play this game when you're tired, it's not a game to run through with a podcast on background (at least for now, haven't tried the sandbox mode).

I've only yet started on playing the game and I can't wait to learn the rest of the story. As a fan of great puzzles I'm intriqued to find out just how hard the puzzles get to as I go along and all the little secrets I discover along the way. The game is nice and cozy, but takes some brain power to go through. The handy notes about the characters keeps everything I need to recall close at hand and I feel confident getting back to the game after some days gone past as well.

Very relaxing puzzle game. It's not as simple as it looks at first. I took some time and several tries with some of the puzzles because I made mistakes and stupid choices. The story seems mysterious, I haven't reached the end yet so there is still something for me to explore. I need less cats outside the game. They hinder my gaming experience. Caw caw!

Super peaceful atmosphere in this game, but also an interesting story at the same time. Not usually into story driven games, but enjoyed reading these! The stories are captivating and surprisingly touching. But the best this is solving these suitably challenging puzzles and listening to podcasts or audiobooks at the same time, it's good for my nerves. Love the hexagon system! I also like the visuals of the parlor, it's nice to have a nice looking environment on display while doing the puzzles. I would like a similar interior to my home, please!

Die Rätsel machen total Spaß und sind richtig motivierend. Die Story wirkt erst super oberflächlich, aber kann nach ein paar Stunden Spielzeit ihre Tiefe zeigen.

Puzzle is very fun and my main complaint is I want more levels with gossip
