I wish I could give a mid review for the game It's not the worst game I've ever played but the story is a little disjointed and I wish it were a little longer so it could explain a little more Perhaps I just missed something in the story Again not a terrible game but wish it were longer and had a little better storytelling
excellent vibe, but there are no saves, and the game crashed at the end

I liked it , has some cheap level thrill scares like pop up sudden music of stuff but enjoyable thematics. Could be different if it had more clear perspective changes

The game was alright. Not that scary.
Hat seine witzigen und gruseligen Momente.
Forest Ranger Services: Episode 1 is a free “walking sim horror” where you sign up as a park ranger and immediately realize you’re actually the *cold open* of a true crime podcast. I thought I’d be: * Helping hikers * Enjoying nature * Writing parking tickets Instead I: * Listened to a radio show about missing people and UFOs based on real cases * Met increasingly suspicious weirdos * Became 90% sure the forest itself had a union and I was the target. --- ### Pros: * Free to play, which is nice, because therapy after this will not be. * Vibes are **immaculate**: late-90s atmosphere, national park creepiness, conspiracy energy. * You get to drive through the woods while a podcast calmly explains why going into the woods is a terrible idea. * Episode-based story, so it feels like binge-watching a supernatural TV show where you’re the guy who definitely should’ve called in sick. --- ### Cons: * You *will* walk slowly toward something you absolutely should not investigate, purely because “the plot demands it.” * Every time you find a clue, it raises three new questions and lowers your life expectancy. * “Based on real events” means you now get jump-scared by National Park statistics. --- ### Peak Ranger Experience: * Clock in for your first day on the job… immediately get hit with missing hiker lore and UFO talk. * Meet locals who either know *way* too much or absolutely nothing and somehow both are suspicious. * Realize halfway through that you’re not playing a hero—you’re playing “Season 1, Episode 1: The Guy Who Starts It All.” --- 9/10 Went to work at a national park, left as a paranoid believer in “never hike alone ever again.” Would accept minimum ranger wages to investigate maximum red flags again.
