Very damn good Escape the Room/s game with a Horror theme. Story goes, you and 2 friends get into an accident, and get kidnapped by a psychotic demonic loving murderer and you have to escape. The bad guy totally made me think of leatherface... In the first minutes of the game and during it youll see what twisted and depraved stuff that guy is into... The game is REALLY gory, and its well done. It creeped me out. I specially liked this game because its one of the one that hardest to tried to make it feel as if you are ESCAPING a murderers house of horrors... not like going through the predetermined path the bad guy wanted. Another great thing is that the game works as intended, you wont be wondering if the game bugged and isnt doing what its meant to do and thats why you cant advance. Puzzles are easy to hard id say, i did have to ask for a hint to the dev from a point i got stuck (had everything i needed but it didnt click). In any case, the rest of the games left a feeling of satisfaction, and relief lol... its gets quite tense at times. The game looks and sounds great, english voice acting are great, the tension is increased by little mechanics like sometimes having a sound detector that will alert the bad guy if you are being too noisy and other "little things" i dont want to spoil. Stable 120fps with best settings on a 6950xt/5800x3d. The only issues i have, is that the walking speed is stupid slow, but maybe its intended to increase the tension, and probably my character is injured from the accident... AND that crouching is kinda iffy (not that many sections with it), even if i used the crouch button, i had to crouch irl quite a bit to get through... Game took me ~3.5hrs to finish on my first run, died 7 times, and it was a scary but great experience! Recommended for any escape the room lovers that want solid and scary experience!
🔥 Lg HundelungeVR https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIYPW3lGUjE 👑 Powered by HoI 4 Deu Curators group in German / English 👑⠀⠀⠀

Follow Main group
 Follow Second group
 Follow Third group
and discover more reviews from me.
I really much enjoyed the puzzles, they are not too easy, but for someone who already played some puzzle/escape games should be manageable and still interesting. There is no hint system - just so you know. If you really have no puzzle experience and doing it just for the horror, it might can get a bit harder to solve. Very pretty (disturbing and surreal) optics, an interesting story and an ongoing pressure while you try to solve the puzzles staying alive... The save points are fair enough, I mostly died on one special instance trying to figure out how to proceed. Hope we get to see some more of those games from this developer. This game deserves more attention.
PROS: Great ambientance + Superb graphics + Creepy + Very good animations + Some puzzles really cool + Object uses CONS: Game too short + Some puzzles are tought

Mostly great visuals with some odd low-res assets but rarely. The puzzels are tough but in the right way. Only for the very last thing you have to do, I got a hint for as the last savepoint is annoying for redoing it multiple times. In general, I would have preffered a "normal" save system. You have to do each room/section in one sitting and if you have to take a break due to real world stuff, you have to start the room all over again. I would say: Don't start if you do not have at least an hour to spare. Walking is VERY slow so this limits a "speed run". Or you have a huge room and can do room scale for everything - than there is no limit. Very cool that this is possible but likely not for many people. Ideal game for micro OLED HMDs due to the dark setting.
There are some unrefined pieces to this VR experience but it's definitely worth a short playthrough if you like escape rooms. + Puzzles that'll scratch your brain but hopefully not frustrate you + Playing in a 20ft x 20ft room (or 6m x 6m) makes the experience so much cooler. Game is designed so you can just walk around assuming you have enough space + Visually looks good. Audio is good. Runs smooth + A real sense of dread at times - Jump scares. There aren't many but I personally hate these damn things. I think there were 3 in the entire experience. Or I should say 3 that got me. - Slightly buggy UI. Lighter can disappear. Hotkey doesn't always work in Room mode (playing in a room to walk around in vs using the joysticks to walk around)
I love the horror aspect of this escape room type of game. I’m thoroughly enjoying what I have played so far. And for the price? I feel like I robbed the dev. This game was recommended to me on the Horror Gaming subreddit. I’m glad I took a chance on it. The puzzles are pretty challenging. There’s been a few so far that I got lucky on, some that I can’t believe I figured out. One or two have been easy so far, and I’m guessing that’s just to help push you thru. This appears to be a niche game, so finding solutions online might be difficult. Graphically, it isn’t anything stellar. It’s good, especially for the price; but don’t be expecting Cyberpunk here. Performance has great so far. No complaints there. The voice acting is surprisingly good, too. So many games opt to just have text on screen to tell the story, but, at least in the intro, it was fully voiced. Can’t wait to play more and update my review as I beat it. Edit after game completion: Excellent game, my initial opinion of the game stands true. But man, some of the later puzzles are a challenge lol. The chemistry puzzle? My god, I had to look that one up. I would have never figured it out. The game has a perfect mix of dread and thought provoking puzzles. The devs did an incredible job, and I can’t wait to play something else from them!
Great game! Brutal and exciting. Very good graphics and sound, cool puzzles and chilling atmosphere of constant danger. Highly recommended!.
