It's a fun, relatively short experience! I had an idea of what I was getting into, but it was still fun and surprising when it rolled around. No spoilers, though!!
i chose to ignore the dark stuff and i kind of regret it because it wasn't very interesting

I feel torn on Flufftopia: Fluffmazing Edition. It is a thumbs up, but a hesitant one - don't go into this expecting much. It's been a while that I've played Flufftopia, I once had played the original that had released off of Steam in 2018. On a whim I decided to check out the new version, unfortunately believing it would be an "extended" version. Because I liked the previous version, and it's been long enough I don't remember much of it. But I do remember the main twist. And there's simply not much to this game beyond that, and it does a mediocre job of adding "more depth" to the original. Where's the depth? I didn't see it, honestly. The game stays on the surface. There really is no story that would explain anything, including the twist. No matter which ending you get, the ending leaves you hanging. I am walking away from this thinking it's a missed opportunity to really build on the original. But of course - if you are not familiar with the original? Then this is good for a short clicker romp, and for a surprise.
I played a bit over half'n hour. Didn't manage to solve it completly, but the hints were easy to understand. Without going into too much detail and spoiler anything, I wish there were an option to save at a specific point. There are "checkpoints", but to redo everything or most of it from scratch can be tiring. Nonetheless it was fun all in all. I like games that aren't what they seem like at the first glance and secrets are welcomed by everyone. Hope to see more of it once every few years. Maybe with much more lore and things to do. PS: Thank you again for the keys :)
Is it cozy? Yes. Is it adorably drawn? Yes. Is the music calming? Yes. I wanted to like this game. But I have a short attention span (that's on me) The little eery glitch grabbed my attention then there was nothing. I absolutely think this could be improved by creating a plot... Why am I doing what I'm doing? What's my reason to keep clicking? Is there an underlying reason? Is this world in trouble? Is there something that is a present danger that means I have to click? Basically....Anything to keep my attention. I likely will explore what the alterior underlying hinted at story surprises are one day... I'm curious but not invested. I wanted to be there... The graphics were adorable and simple and I was calmed from the music. Give me a reason to want to click more. :) Thanks for the opportunity to check this out. As it stands I'd recommend this if you like clickers (and really why are you getting it if you don't) but if you have a short attention span it may not meet your needs. I'm recommending it for clicker fans only at this stage. But please give me a heads up if you introduce a plot/story line that begins from the beginning not after the click fest. :)
