Used to be fun They’ve changed it so that now I’m lucky to get through a game without having to use the diamonds. Even then, I have to use diamonds a second time, costing even more diamonds. It’s not fun anymore. So I don’t play unless I have over 20 diamonds, and even then, I’m nervous that I’m gonna get through the game. Why am I playing if I’m nervous? I have so much Gold that I can’t do anything except buy more fish for a clogged aquarium. What’s the point? It’s not fun.

Money suck This game used to be fun, but as you advance the levels are impossible to pass without “diamonds” that you will need to purchase because in game rewards are very stingy. If you want to complete the challenges, this quickly becomes a HUGE MONEY SUCK! The final straw for me has been the buggy platform. The game will abruptly crash causing loss of progress on your game or inability to communicate with your team effectively.

Game is rigged, ratings are dropping. I don’t know how Apple allows this game in the App Store. It is so transparently rigged against you and designed to take your money that there’s not even the illusion of fun. It just reeks of fraud—it’s a tax on people who can’t do basic math. It is brutally obvious that Playrix has algorithms running behind the scenes, setting you up for success when they want you to get hooked, and setting you up for failure when they want you to pay them money. There is a reason the ratings have steadily dropped over time. It’s a truly terrible game.

Lame Used to be good. Then got more and more expensive. Then they ditched chat in the UK instead of creating an age verification system. Deleting.

Fun, but… The game is fun, but…. The rewards for winning Atlantis League levels are less than half what you get from regular levels. Worse, the last few patches have introduced numerous bugs. The game crashes constantly, loses graphics, and seems entirely centered around forcing players to use resources that are either over abundant or scarce, depending on which event is active.

But over those eight years, I have watched the game slowly decline. Recently, however, that decline has accelerated dramatically. Adding 10 extra diamond cards to the collection and removing the three-day Deep Dive and Snail Race events are just two examples. For players who truly enjoy the game and play it well, it has become almost impossible to keep up. We are the players who create the competition, the excitement, and the motivation for others. It is now almost impossible to complete team chests, and I won't even mention the team tournaments anymore. Soon, the only players left will be those who spend real money every month. But even they will eventually leave, because the competitive players who kept the game alive and made it exciting are the ones who are disappearing. What will remain then? Avatar frames and badges will effectively become paid content. Tournaments and mini-games will either be impossible to complete or simply not worth playing. If there is no meaningful goal, what is the point of spending several days tapping the screen just to beat a single level? There are many match-3 games that are much more enjoyable and rewarding. Even in our usually very active team, we've seen a clear decline over the past week. A couple of players have already quit, while the others are staying mainly because of friendships we've built over many years. But sooner or later, they will leave too. I'm waiting to see what July brings, hoping that something changes. If nothing does, I will delete the game without any regret. I understand that developers need to make money. But in my opinion, they have become greedy, and their focus has shifted away from making the game enjoyable for loyal players.

The developers are just jerks You use helps to start a game and they place them in a corner where they do no good. The levels can take days or more to pass if you don’t want to make a purchase. Some side games are a waste of time because the rewards aren’t worth it. Not only is it that they are so paltry but because as I said above-you win a help to start and it is placed where it doesn’t help. Get a super lightening- they’ll make sure you can’t win after maybe one level and lose it. Blank the developer.

Please listen to a long time player….me! These billionaire brothers do NOT CARE about their players. They have turned the majority of their customer service complaints over to AI bots. For 3 weeks I get the run around It’s always due to high call volume we are sorry we couldn’t help if problem still persists start a new ticket. They close out your complaint and make u start again hoping that you just give up. Which most people do. But after being a loyal player since games inception I’ve had enough. I will be reporting to FTC and the BBB also sending complaints to Apple, Google, and Amazon. I truly do not know how they have such a high rating. They must be paying Apple for these starts. These Russian billionaire brothers are corrupt and I love my team but want to see this company sued!

Prepare to pay lots of money No, the game is technically free, I’ve been playing for over 10 years and now they have made even the supposed easy levels very hard to pass without spending money on boosters and diamonds. It used to be really fun, but now it’s stressful, rather than relaxing.
