Why I love this game I love this game so much because the fish are so nice and on my first day playing this game I had the fish say that they had the fireworks ready when I finished the puzzle and they went at each other and that gave me a sign that you made the fish be nice in the game and they are so funny and I love the names that I get to pick out. Thank you for the game. I love it and this is why I gave you a five star review.

Money pit I started this game back in 2018 and now the levels are so difficult and all they want you to do is make in-app purchases in order to pass the level or in order to complete even the weekly new tasks and things. All they want now is money. I literally get stuck playing ONE level for hours three days in a row. They will not make changes to help with enjoyment of the game. All I feel now, most of the time, is frustration. They want money and they’re just making it harder and harder as the years go on and want you to make an app purchase. What started out as fun is now a source of my stress and because I put so much into the game I just want them to hear me and make it more enjoyable, but instead, I wanna quit. It’s sad.

Game is destroyed. I’m deleting this app. I’ve played for like 10 years. I’ve spent HOURS and HOURS playing it every week for nearly 10 years. I’ve bought passes and spent real money on this game to earn my boosters and everything else. Now the update wiped out MOST of my boosters without an explanation. It has taken away all of the perks for playing extended amounts of times and levels. What’s the point? I’m leaving a 1 star review. I hope the game looses half its players in the next month. You deserve it.

Bummer I really liked this game and ended up spending $ over time. There was a glitch in the game, I lost a lot because of it. When the problem was brought to their attention they acknowledged that it’s a “known” issue but then stopped responding to chat messages. I’m deleting it. Better for my wallet. They aren’t very bright.

Game changed Honest opinion This game has changed. You could beat levels after several attempts of trying. But now it goes on and on without any results, the only way is to buy more and more diamonds. That will put you in the poor house fast. I sorry Fishdom, but people need to know. I love this game and have been playing for 5+ years. Why the change?

You have to pay money to beat levels I have been playing this game for 7 years. I loved it. You could actually beat the levels in a reasonable amount to tries or at least try it 20 times and then beat it. Over the past few months you can be stuck on the same level for weeks. The only way to beat it is to buy gems. I tried over 60 times on an “easy” level and finally built up enough gems to use to beat it. This happens about every 3 levels that you beat. Not just every once in a while. I would pay money in the past when it was more reasonable. It has gotten to be too much where they have raised the prices drastically. You can barely win deep dives or any other challenges without paying for more gems. There are less power boosters now and the gemstone trail is no longer on my game. I will not be playing this game after this month. I would delete it now, but I paid for the gold pass. They have taken away the fun in this game and made it a money grab.

MONEY SCAM/PIT This game used to be enjoyable and fun to play. The last 6 months with the “new updates” has been torture. Why? It’s because easy level are not easy…all levels have become near impossible to beat unless you have boosters/diamonds. The algorithm they changed to this game due to “new updates” have allowed you to drain everything you have so you have no choice to pay. Pay to play? A free game? Sounds sad doesn’t it? A lot of loyal players for years are leaving and fast due to no change and support is non existent. They will close out your conversation and say “ oh we have to many requests so we can’t help right now but put in another message request and we will get back to you.” Yes, they have don’t this to me for about 4 months now and about 6 human agents all do the same thing. This is supposed to be a relaxing enjoyable game. It has become frustration and irritating to where they don’t care unless you pay $$$. Congrats Fishdom..you lost your ways/roots since you first started. Now you’re a monster money greedy scam who could care less about your “customers”. Please stay far away from this game unless you want stress and get mad because you can’t beat 1 easy level. 0 stars!

Formally great game ruined by greed There have been more changes in the past 3 months than the last 3 years, and they are all designed to bleed as much money as possible from players. I have no problem paying a reasonable amount for a game..I have been buying the $9.99 pass each month for years, and make in-game purchases as well, for an average of $30/month. Now I would need to spend $75+/month to have the same quality of gameplay. That is way too much and loyal, long-term players are leaving in droves. I am joining them and urge anyone considering this game to swim away from it!

Greedy, selfish incompetent customer service Update. 7/4/2026. Happy 250 America. Stop giving your money to these BILLIONAIRE RUSSIAN BROTHERS. THEIR GREED KNOWS NO BOUND! They have ruined game. Developers are so greedy. I’ve been playing this game since its inception. How they get all these stars on apple is beyond me. They don’t have these many stars on google or Amazon reviews (they have 3 there). They changed teams around and now make it 50 to a team and they match you up on weekends with global teams. Our team hasn’t won a tournament in over 2 months. We used to ALWAYS finish in top 3. They also took away not being able to see who is on line playing. This is important to know. So you can throw up lives And last and def the one that ticked me off most is their customer service. I have all these conversations saved in my notes. When they started this card exchange me and many people on my team we’re not getting cards. I would send to a teammate and they would never get it and so on. I noticed that my card counter was always at 3/3 so I wrote to them asking to fix. They came back and said there was unusual activity so they wouldn’t fix it. Wouldn’t or couldn’t? I do not like being lauded to a cheat. I am the one that wrote customer service. The card counter never went down from 3/2 3/1. In the beginning we didn’t know why we weren’t getting each others cards so the unusual activity was them seeing us send more then the allotted cards per day. We did t know! Plus, even though we were going over the 3 card minimum NO ONE WAS GETTING OUR CARDS. I appealed their decision and still banned on card game. Although I did win them all it wasn’t fair to fellow team mates that some of us couldn’t share our cards If you can’t fix it say so but don’t freaking gaslight us! Hate to say it but there are so many other games out there that my time may be ending on with this game Developers. How about you acknowledge me instead of just the people who are brown nosers
