Game is rigged, ratings are dropping. I don’t know how Apple allows this game in the App Store. It is so transparently rigged against you and designed to take your money that there’s not even the illusion of fun. It just reeks of fraud—it’s a tax on people who can’t do basic math. It is brutally obvious that Playrix has algorithms running behind the scenes, setting you up for success when they want you to get hooked, and setting you up for failure when they want you to pay them money. There is a reason the ratings have steadily dropped over time. It’s a truly terrible game.

Lame Used to be good. Then got more and more expensive. Then they ditched chat in the UK instead of creating an age verification system. Deleting.

Once this was a good game - not so much now At some point the economics in this game went off the rails. Even the basic tasks are now out of reach expensive because the flow of resources is a trickle. Either by design or as a result of updates, you will find yourself in a position where you will need to spend too much money or spend incredibly way too much time to gather resources. If you do not care about making progress and a contributing team member then you may still find some value in the game. If not, you will not be able to complete the necessary steps for an event without spending money.

Fun only for beginners The fish are cute, and when you start the game there are plenty of genuinely easy levels that make it fun and help you easily build up game coins and gems to purchase fish and decorations for the cute virtual aquariums. BUT the longer you play, the harder it gets, as the game starts trying to force you to spend real world money to pass every level and earn any of the special rewards and “challenges” they tease you with to try to keep you addicted. Play only if you have money to burn or enough discipline to quit as soon as it becomes more frustrating than fun. Playrix does not value long term players at all. Two stars for the nostalgia from when it used to be fun.

Frustrating AF Sick and tired of all the glitches, of being kicked out 10+ times a day, in-app purchases required to complete some tasks, not being able to send teammates cards because they’re not on my list when they should be, reaching out to support and days later getting a response with a “ sorry for the inconvenience” but not actually fixing the problem. This game has gone downhill..

This Game Sucks If I could give zero stars I would. This game is like going to the casino, you lose lose lose and lose some more. The RTP on this game is trash. It doesn’t set you up to win. About a 1000 times I only needed 1 move to clear the board. You’ll play the same puzzle over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again, I’m official done with this game. I’ve spent money too. Removing myself from the team I’m on and uninstalling this game. I found other games that don’t cheat and I can actually win at. You get frustrated playing the same puzzles over and over again. More than 98% of the team I’m on doesn’t even play. Now I know why, this game would have more players if it didn’t cheat constantly.

Used to be fun They’ve changed it so that now I’m lucky to get through a game without having to use the diamonds. Even then, I have to use diamonds a second time, costing even more diamonds. It’s not fun anymore. So I don’t play unless I have over 20 diamonds, and even then, I’m nervous that I’m gonna get through the game. Why am I playing if I’m nervous? I have so much Gold that I can’t do anything except buy more fish for a clogged aquarium. What’s the point? It’s not fun.

Disappointmented I’ve been playing this game for years. I loved that it didn’t have ads and everything was achievable without spending real money. The in-app purchases were all fairly affordable if you chose to use them. However, the most recent challenges require you to make a real money purchase to progress. This is the first time I’ve seen this in the game and i find it really distasteful. I won’t be playing anymore.

Money suck This game used to be fun, but as you advance the levels are impossible to pass without “diamonds” that you will need to purchase because in game rewards are very stingy. If you want to complete the challenges, this quickly becomes a HUGE MONEY SUCK! The final straw for me has been the buggy platform. The game will abruptly crash causing loss of progress on your game or inability to communicate with your team effectively.

run app used to be really fun. now too hard to pass levels without spending money. no thanks
