This game feels really human
Story is short, but memorable and moving, takes like 3 hours; rest of the playtime for me was just simply enjoying the sceneries, leaving it on the background :)
A guy runs into the woods, then runs out of the woods
I thought this would be more freeform. I ended up liking it well enough, but I don't think it has any replayability because none of your choices matter. I think Delilah was a stock character with cut-and-paste dialogue, and I found Henry to be very unlikeable. It's hard to empathize with someone whose wife is dying of dementia and chooses to run away to the forest and cut contact with her for three months. And then he had to be encouraged not to run off on his wife but to go back to her? Not my kind of guy. You can't even make dialogue choices that sound like he realizes his mistake and wants to do the right thing, so he doesn't get redeemed by the end of the story either.
