FIND ALL 5: Vikings

Genuinely enjoyed this game... for the first level. The levels with the mice were upsetting and unsettling, and I feel it was taken too far. YMMV. Their other hidden object games are great, just did not enjoy this one.

I really enjoy Find All games! There's a pretty nice hint system that isn't too obvious, and looking for random things that aren't cats is a good change of pace! I also like that there are little things that change throughout the map as you play and there are cabinets to open, etc. I also really like the art style and the time it takes to complete. Finished? [h1][b]Find All 5 Vikings: Very Nice and Challenging[/b][/h1] [b]What this game is:[/b] A hidden animals and objects game, like others found on Steam, but with some twists. [b]How does it work?[/b] It is a basic point and click game with a twist. You have to find all the animals and objects hidden in a big Black & White picture with a few animations. You are presented with a specific type of animal or object to find. Once you've found all of these, you are presented with another series of animals or objects to find until you've found all of them. [b]How does it perform?[/b] Very easy to play. You click on each animal/object you find and its colour changes. You get to play a map, of which you need to find all animals/objects on by zone. This one adds the dimension of telling a story of vikings cats attacking mice settlements. [b]The good points:[/b] Simple and relaxing game. The depicted story is interesting and plays on your emotions. Getting the Achievements is very easy and there are no apparent bugs. Takes around 430 MB on your HD, and will run on a 10 years old PC. The help function helps you identify the area of a hidden object without giving the location away (you still have to find it the hard way). You can expect a few hours of entertainement out of it, taking into account the diffulty of finding certain types of objects. Can be played on the Steam Deck with some limitations. You can expect 5 to 8 hours of play out of it, maybe more, depending on your obervation skills and your use of the help function. [b]The bad points:[/b] Some animals/objects are extremely difficult to find. You really need the zoom function in order to play the game. Finding some objects will strain your eyes. There are no Steam Trading Cards. For playing on the Steam Deck, the game has not been programmed with a controller in mind, meaning using the zooming function is going to be a pain. Alternatively, you could connect a bigger screen to the docking station, if you bought one, solving mostly that problem. [b]My take on this:[/b] If you like arelatively cheap and relaxing games, this is it. The price is low, and on that side the developer is providing value for this nice game. You will get quite a few hours of gaming out of it. This game is much better than other hidden cats and the like games. Definitely recommended.

Epic Hidden object game. Well hidden items, beautiful graphics when sections are completed. I need more like this. 10/10.

Hermoso juego de objetos ocultos, me gusta bastante como se mueven algunos personajes al completar todas las cosas de un grupo de objetos, muy triste el contexto eso si.

Fun, cheap, and cute. Although man this one was alot harder than previous entries.

I like how it's not girly, but still cute. pretty fun way to pass some time and relax. Some of the smaller animals like birds are drawn in a way that is not expected and can be difficult to find, but I'd still recommend it.

I was holding back so much to not get this because i was thinking its just another cat hidden objects game. well its kind of is.. but this had its own charm. the art is cute, searching the object isnt that hard and even if youre stuck, you got endless help. well it is typical thing in a lot of hidden objects game i played, but some make you work for the hints so i'll still mention it. My favorite part is actually how the art tells a story and part of the picture will get coloured in when you find all the hidden objects in it. Also this have cats, but youre not searching for the cats like most cat hidden objects game, you literally search for "objects" that scatters around the map.

Für mich der bisher beste Teil der gesamten Reihe. Ein Wimmelbildspiel, wie man es kennt. Jeder, der damit was anfangen kann, kann bei dem Preis nichts verkehrt machen. Ich habe zur Zeit der Rezension, alle Hauptreihe-Teile bis auf Teil 6 und Teil 8 gespielt. Vikings erzählt ohne Worte nicht nur eine schöne Welt und stellt diese dar, sondern zeigt auch eine schöne Geschichte mit vielen Details, die man nonverbal beim Suchen betrachten kann. Wenn alles zum Leben erwacht, je mehr man findet, freut man sich über diese Details sehr. Kann ich absolut empfehlen.
