Decisions, decisions. I did enjoy being the one asking the questions for once, determining the fate of a "soul" even to his Death. His grim fate was my decision. Honestly, it was an interesting personality tester in it's own. I won't go into detail as to why I made my choice in the end. It was a unique twist to the same mechanics. Good game.
My word was Death. I can't say I'm a fan of Thadeus. I do like the Weaver, though.
Fated word is: Life Interesting take on their previous games, where you're the one asking the questions instead of answering. I think it's a fun and different way to go through; what do you think is worth asking? What can you gleam from previous answers that would make this question redundant? I do have a few issues with this title, but they're simply personal preference rather than something that's objectively wrong with the game given that it very well might be a design choice rather than an oversight. All in all, I say if the concept interests you and have a few bucks to spend, you might find you like it
Fated Word: Life
Fated Word:Life For context my journey though these games so far has been The Test -> The Test Rising Hypothesis -> The Test Final -> Alchemist Quandary -> then Smash or Pass. Suffice to say that this game blindsided me in the best way possible. I knew that it wasn't going to be serious but with how insane it went made me really surprised that there were no nun questions, come on we want to know if the person we are judging has punched a nun! The reason why I didn't gave him a bad fate was because I thought maybe he would stop sma-...hurting people if he had his best life, surprisingly it seemed that he mostly did and I was glad that I gave him a good fate. On my review on the previous episode I posted a theory that the fate weaver story line would feed into Chasing Demons difficulty. Spoilers from here on out, If my theory is correct then it would seem that there would be more ogres in the world than if we chose to give him a bad fate. This is all just guessing though and even if I am dead wrong I will still be looking forward to Chasing Demons and other projects. As always another perfect game.
Fated word: Life Short and funny
Fated Word: Life I bought, played, and am now reviewing this game on the same day. This is an irregularity as I usually take a week at minimum to reflect on what I played. This is not needed, as the game is not that long. This is a game utilizing the rpgmaker software to place you as the titular FateWeaver, where you ask a trapped ogre some questions and then decide his fate I think this is a decent game. I think it accurately fits its price and I feel like my time was well used. There were some genuinely comical responses, and I really like the sprites for the main two characters. I like the fake-out (or actual? you decide!) adult humor and I really liked the happy ending you can give him. This game doesn't have many flaws which is great, but I did feel that the text speed even when sped up was slow and that some of the responses were just rewording of previous ones. Should you try it? Sure! Short and simple and worth a hoot or two.
Fated Word: Death Don't matter who he is on the inside, what he is as a whole does.
My Fated Word: Life Never expected to find an Ogre endearing, but way to go and prove me wrong. Heart melting adorable in a very...Ogre-ish fashion that one :-) Though gotta say for someone who cannot read, he understood that paper pretty well. :-P I laughed out loud multiple times during this particular game. Had a lot of fun! Highly recommended to anyone, who wants something to cheer you up. This Ogre ic certainly special. <3
This was a different one, but fun Fated word: Death
