Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 20 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I’m writing this as someone who has been following a situation involving a friend’s account, and it has seriously affected how I see this game. My friend has spent over 1500 hours in the game and has also invested money into it, which makes what happened even more concerning. From what I personally witnessed, my friend reported a player for harassment in public chat, and shortly after that, their account was banned. There was no clear explanation given and no visible way to appeal the decision. Since then, they have tried to reach out through support channels and even on the official Discord, but there has been no meaningful response. Overall, the community feels very toxic, and it doesn’t feel like you can openly share your impressions about the game in public chats without things turning negative. As an outsider looking in, what stands out the most is the lack of transparency and communication from the developers. Actions that affect a player’s account should be handled with clarity and fairness, especially in cases like this. Right now, moderation appears inconsistent or unresponsive. I hope the developers improve their support, communication, and overall fairness when dealing with player reports and bans.

Hello. The game overall is nice, with lots of content, different mobs, maps, and classes. Unfortunately, the end-game guild content is different. The developers tend to favor certain groups of players, allowing the number one guild to use scripting and mass-create alts (one of the individuals has over 50 characters just to gain points for guild vs. guild). Game 9/10 Grind 10/10 GuildVSGuild 1/10 DevFeedback 2/10 Edit: I cannot recommend this game due to serious issues with moderation and lack of support. I was banned immediately after reporting another player for harassment in public chat. There was no warning, no explanation provided, and no option to appeal the decision. Following this, I attempted to contact the developers multiple times but received no response. As a result, I lost access to my account and all associated in-game progress and items. What is most concerning is not just the ban itself, but the complete lack of transparency and communication. Actions that significantly affect a user’s account should at least come with a clear reason and a possibility to contest them. Based on my experience, players should be aware that reporting issues may not be handled fairly, and support may be unresponsive when problems arise. I hope the developers improve their moderation practices and communication with the community.
This community is a toxic cesspool. I've tried, but there's just too much toxicity here. They have the mindset of "Oh you don't agree with me, lets bully that guy until he does or leaves" and once you do they get pressed on why you left. It's such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, to put it bluntly. I will say this on the edit: the only reason I'm still playing is the guild I am in is considered full of the veteran people who I have become great friends with. If I was just playing the game, I'd be gone and I've voiced this plenty of times.
Don't understand what appealing in this game to people. No SFX, no animations in scenery everything is static and boring. Also it is paid early access with already shop in game to buy some sort of gems with real money. It also basically a web game because it uses electron or nodewebgui, or something similiar. It is not inherently bad, but don't understand why is it on steam especially as paid game.
Your money is better spent elsewhere. Four hours in and I'm still spamming one ability. I've played Idle Games with more interactivity than this one.
This game was a key part of my childhood, and I was devastated when it shut down. I always hoped that one day something would come along to fill the gap, and eventually something did: the same game, even more beautiful than I remember it.
Why I paid for 2D RuneScape? There's nothing really to do and no combat animations
addicting and not fun. the thoughts are intrusive and continue after its closed,, this "game" and community are evil
UPDATE 11.06.2026: Things have changed, they started to listen! Thank you for actually starting caring about the game, the community and the feedback! Huge respect to Gamer! 29.04.2026: Hello everyone, I started playing this game as a break from real life — grinding, relaxing, and enjoying chats with friends. As a standalone game, I can recommend it. However, there are too many issues and questionable practices behind the scenes that need to be addressed. 1. Gameplay The gameplay direction has been getting worse with recent updates. New content mostly means more repetitive grinding with less reward. For example, older updates had quest lines like killing 40 / 80 / 160 mobs, while newer ones require killing 500+ mobs multiple times. In some cases, you need to complete these large kill counts repeatedly just to unlock daily quests. Events have also changed for the worse. Previously, events involved crafting items using drops (e.g., collecting 20 of different ingredients). Now, it’s mostly about grinding hundreds or even thousands of drops with low drop rates (around 60%), which feels extremely repetitive and not rewarding for the time invested. 2. Community The community feels very biased and dominated by a few main guilds. If you get on their bad side, they can turn the community against you. There have been multiple situations where players were harassed, trolled, or targeted without any action taken. Overall, the environment feels toxic. It’s difficult to express your opinions or give feedback in public chats without receiving negative reactions. Even simple questions can lead to hostility or punishment. 3. Developers Moderation and communication from the developers are major concerns. There is a rule in their EULA stating that players cannot “annoy” staff. This is extremely vague and can be interpreted in any way, allowing bans to be applied subjectively. Support is almost non-existent: * Emails go unanswered for weeks or months * Discord responses are inconsistent or ignored * Players are redirected between staff members without resolution In many cases, the only time players receive fast responses is when it involves payments or subscriptions. There are also strong concerns about favoritism. Some players appear to receive preferential treatment, while others are ignored or punished. I have personally seen situations suggesting inconsistent rule enforcement. 4. Unfair Bans Players are increasingly afraid to speak freely due to the risk of being banned. A clear example is a friend of mine, who had over 1700 hours in the game and spent over 250€ through the official store. He reported harassment in public chat and was banned shortly after, with: * No explanation * No warning * No appeal process Multiple attempts were made to contact the developers (emails, Discord, in-game messages), including polite requests and apologies, but all were ignored. There seems to be a pattern of bans being applied without transparency, and similar situations have been reported in the past. --- At this point, the main question remains: “For how long is the ban applied, and what is the reason behind it?” We are simply asking for transparency and fair communication. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this game in its current state. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
