我想请官方回答我一下几个问题：为什么捕捉的时候，眉毛总是有问题，嘴总是张开，眼睛永远闭着!!!!!花费这么多钱，得到这样一个半成品，真的很失望。根本不能准确捕捉。

Horribly programmed, buggy and useless. Greedy "indie" company charging an arm and a leg for a nonfunctional program. You will never be able to import anything functional or use it for any purpose other than an exercise in frustration. The basic video import functions are broken in this iteration and not broken in the cheaper basic function of the program and the export as FBX function just loops uselessly. I am going to request my money back from steam.

DO NOT BUY THIS FOR FACIAL MOCAP! Building and importing a custom 3d model is not well documented. There is only one video on the internet that shows how to do this, but they completely skip how to build the facial bones: Seriously?!? Then even if this works, you still need to export the animation. When you do this, all the bones are completely broken (shape and orientation are not preserved) and it becomes near-impossible to re-target the animation back to the original armature. I should have spent the extra 200 bucks and got iClone7 Pipeline Bundle.
