Good game shown from both MC perspectives. Only downside, is the game is a bit short. Really hope for an Exploring The Big Apple Pt 2
Exploring the Big Apple is a narrative-driven adult visual novel that places its focus on relationships, life-changing decisions, and the opportunities that come with starting over in a new city. Developed by SadPepper and published by FooxiedGames, the story follows Emma and Patrick, a young married couple who relocate to New York City hoping to build a brighter future. Their plans take an unexpected turn when they temporarily move into the home of Martin, a successful photographer and longtime acquaintance whose presence gradually alters the course of their lives. What begins as a simple story about adapting to a new environment soon develops into a complex web of emotional conflicts, romantic tension, and personal discovery. The game's strongest feature is its commitment to player choice. Conversations and key decisions influence how the relationships between the main characters evolve, allowing players to guide the personalities, loyalties, and emotional connections that shape the narrative. Rather than forcing a single storyline, the game encourages experimentation by presenting multiple branching paths and endings. Each decision carries weight, making every playthrough feel unique while encouraging players to revisit the story to uncover alternate scenarios and hidden moments they may have missed the first time around. The writing attempts to balance mature content with genuine character development. Emma is portrayed as an aspiring journalist eager to establish herself professionally, while Patrick pursues a career in software development and struggles with the pressures of beginning a new chapter in life. Martin serves as both mentor and catalyst, bringing experience, confidence, and unexpected complications into the couple's lives. Their interactions explore themes of trust, ambition, temptation, communication, and the unpredictable nature of relationships. These emotional conflicts give the story greater substance than a straightforward romance, allowing the characters to feel more layered as the narrative progresses. Presentation is another area where Exploring the Big Apple performs well. The game showcases more than 2,600 high-quality rendered images alongside dozens of animated scenes that enhance pivotal story moments. Character models are expressive, environments are detailed, and the depiction of modern New York provides an attractive backdrop for the unfolding drama. The updated release also introduces interface improvements, expanded sound effects, additional music, multilingual language support, Steam achievements, and a gallery system that lets players revisit unlocked scenes and artwork. These additions create a more polished and complete experience while improving overall accessibility. The amount of available content is equally impressive. With a script exceeding 180,000 words and a single route offering well over five hours of reading, the visual novel provides substantial value for players who enjoy lengthy, story-focused experiences. Since multiple choices lead to different routes and endings, completionists can expect to spend considerably more time exploring every possible outcome. The branching narrative ensures that replaying the game remains rewarding rather than repetitive, with new dialogue, character interactions, and consequences becoming apparent through different decision paths. Despite its strengths, the game is aimed at a very specific audience. Gameplay consists almost entirely of reading dialogue, making narrative decisions, and watching the story unfold, so players seeking action, exploration, or puzzle-solving mechanics may find the experience limited. Some sections progress at a leisurely pace as they build character relationships before major developments occur, and enjoyment depends heavily on becoming invested in the emotional journeys of the protagonists. Those who appreciate visual novels will likely welcome this deliberate pacing, while others may prefer more interactive gameplay systems. Overall, Exploring the Big Apple delivers an engaging blend of interactive storytelling, romance, and emotional drama supported by attractive visuals and meaningful player agency. Its branching narrative, memorable cast, polished presentation, and generous amount of content make it an appealing choice for fans of mature visual novels. While its niche subject matter and dialogue-heavy structure may not appeal to every player, it succeeds in offering an immersive experience where choices genuinely matter and relationships evolve naturally over time. For players looking for a character-driven story that emphasizes consequence and replayability, it stands as a worthwhile addition to the genre. Rating: 7/10
Characters are looking great, story is basically: choose a or b - one time. If you enable skip unseen text you still know the story, you just save some hours of your live.

I didn't understand what the plot was trying to convey. You can choose to play from two different perspectives, but it's really not very fun.
muito bom
