Nice and short game. Turn based RPGs might not be something everyone likes, but if you do this is certainly worth a try, especially concidering it is free. Now when it comes to the positives: You can see that a lot of efford was put into the game, and it seemingly builds on the previous games, however i haven't played those games so i can't say that for sure. The combat is quite interesting and not too repetitive, with the fights in general also having a nice balance of difficulty. However the negatives: The combat can sometimes feel quite weird and has some smaller issues, but for a free game it is something i can mostly look past it. The biggest issue with the game is the imature and outdated humor. The humor is certainly a product of its time and most of it is quite noticable. The story feels a bit nonsensical but that might be because i haven't played the previous games. And since the game is about 8-10 hours long with a single playthrough the pacing of the game can also feel a bit off, especially at the start. All in all however, the game is still free, so i would certainly recommend at least giving it a try.

A piece of my childhood, one of my first ever jrpgs while growing up and transitioning from being a child to being a teenager. Perfect humour for way back when everything seemed to be more easy going and there wa snot much care about what was being said on the internet. a 10 hour adventure worth experiencing imo. And for free? Hell yeah.
