A Elemetals Death Metal Deathmatch lets play was featured on my youtube channel https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2140857243 and now onto the review
TL;DR Review
//Description// EleMetals: Death Metal Death Match! is a violent, bloody and loud game of underworld creatures throwing shards at each other until the last one is standing. //Graphics, Sound & Artstyle// In the past 10 years we've seen games have that old school look, I feel like we're all burnt out on that concept but boy was I wrong. EleMetals: Death Metal Death Match! adding tons of gore and metal music by Fat Bard to the game is refreshing and panic enducing, but that only made the gameplay elements that much more fun. //Gameplay// There is no learning curve to this game, you shoot, dodge and counter shards. It's simplicity is also it's forte. Battling each other while avoiding level hazards with the possibility to revive yourself if taken out by button mashing. There is little left to be desired in a party game. //Price// 9.99 USD //How many hours estimated// If you've seen my video you will know that this game is one we will be playing for awhile over the course of the rest of the year. 10-20 hours. //Final Thoughts// It's fast, frantic, stressful & painful. It's brutal but fun. I first learned about the game upon purchasing itch.io's "Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality" charity drive on that basis alone makes Wallride a pretty awesome developer as the bundle included content from over 1391 creators all for $5. I had to get in contact with them because this type of game shines on my channel which focuses on couch multiplayer games. It's a fresh take on multiplayer fighting games that feels all too familiar & it definitely didn't get the attention it deserves. It's biggest flaw however is the lack of inclusion of bots and online multiplayer which i know will be a dealbreaker for a lot of people.. I also had a gripe with the fact that everytime you finish a match, itll take you back to the main menu & make you choose your fighters again making the flow of a gameplay session go slower. Other than that- it's an excellent party game. Buy it Now!
This game is incredibly rad. Perfect to use for a fun quick session with friends. Works flawlessly with remote play.
This game is a lot of fun! super simple controls that work really well, i also like the fact you can remote play so only one person news a copy of the game I love the art style and music soundtrack super metal \m/ Also you do need to have a controller but i would not want to play this game with keyboard and mouse.
Would be better if they included more characters better power ups and weapons if your looking for something similar and better I believe the duck game is a better fit
