One of the best gaming experiences I've had in a while, but the engineer enemy is worse than Epstein.

If you've been looking for a motion and parkour-focused first person shooter that is actually good your quest is finally at an end. In this game you fling yourself around like an idiot with a hoverboard and grapple hook and triple jump and so on shooting guys, but the difference is that the mechanics actually want you to enjoy the experience, instead of punishing you for not reading the designers' minds ten seconds before you encounter some new situation. - You don't die by falling off the map; you respawn where you fell to try again. The only "progress" you might lose is if you die to enemy fire during an arena fight and have to restart it, but you can instantly try again with full ammo and health. - Vertical velocity is extremely generous. There are a zillion ways to get up out of a hole. Horizontal velocity is almost instant, too. Plus you have plenty of air control to maneuver yourself around, even without using other abilities. Collision is also extremely generous, so you won't find yourself missing microscopic platforms or walls you're supposed to bounce off of. - Your weapons do the same damage regardless of your speed or other actions. You will not be punished in DPS because you were briefly not moving while shooting. (You will be punished by the enemy fire if you're not moving fast, but eh that's fair.) Aside from the movement which is great fun, there's a big open world to freely explore and a lot of collectables, including agility orbs reminiscent of Crackdown. There's a large number of weapons which upgrade as you use them and a large number of mix and match perks that tweak how you play. And the whole experience generally feels supremely polished and seamless. I haven't finished the game yet and don't know if it will keep up the novelty the whole way through, but to be honest I've already gotten a ton of enjoyment out of this game. So I recommend it. (EDIT: I finished the game and it does stay fun the whole way through and the Under the Clouds campaign is also a good time!)

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 2 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
