Reviews
I, like many other people, bought this game just as a joke after Markiplier played it. After the game was updated and after playing it for myself, I have to say that I actually enjoyed it. Is this game very simple? Yes. Does it have a surprisingly good, yet repetitive soundtrack? Yes. Will it keep you entertained for like, idk, 15-20 minutes? Yes. Can you open the chrome developer tools by pressing F12 because this game is literally just running in a chrome instance? Yes. Do I have a conclusion for this review? No.
also you can cheese the bosses by just not moving after the first laser phase is over lol
I found out how to shoot. You shoot using the left mouse button
This game made me feel many feelings, that's all one could ask for ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Playing this game makes me never want to watch a Markiplier video ever again for my well being. $10 well spent.
This game has destroyed my productivity and I cant get enough of it. I would've sold every game in my steam library to get this game. This game has lore deeper than I was in your mom last night.
Idk... id have to play a bit more to decide if i like it... Edit: I played a little, is good, recommended!
this game has a lot of potential now that it's actually receiving attention and funding. the flaws outlined in Mr Law Man Mark's video are mostly resolved despite the fact it's only been a week. after playing the updated version, i can proudly say i look forward to the future of earth attack!
This game is a true modern masterpiece. Moving left? It's got it. Missiles? You betcha! I can't wait to see what comes next, both from this game and PTW Inc.
a punk ass youtuber that goes by Jacksepticeye bought me here, and I enjoyed every hour of it. It was about time someone brought PTW Inc. to the spotlight and gave them the attention they deserve. While Metacritic is not yet funded enough to review this masterpiece without owing all their employee's kidneys, I give it a deserving ∞/10 score.
Like everyone else, I only discovered this game thanks to a funny video from Markiplier, but I thought it was cool that the developer admitted this is a satirical and prototype game yet they still updated it following Markiplier's video. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the game at its $10 price point. "Prototype" describes this perfectly; it's a top-down arcade space shooter like the other millions you've seen... and that's about it. You don't have constant fire--you only have two missiles and they take forever to recharge--so your only real option is to evade everything for what feels like five minutes. Then a boss fight shows up, and you're inexplicably given nine missiles to throw at it, but don't fire them all at once! You're supposed to understand that the red ring around the boss is its invincibility frames, something I didn't figure out at all. The boss fight is also really nothing special, and it's a little cheap since it starts tracking you with its laser extremely accurately when its health is low. Once you defeat the boss, the game basically repeats itself. It starts all over; you just keep going for a higher score. Apparently there's an ending of some kind, but after fighting the boss twice I was bored out of my mind. I got this on sale for $2, and I think even that might be stretching it as far as a value proposition. Please don't spend $10 on this, there's so many better games at that price.
