DO NOT BUY THIS GAME UNTIL THEY PATCH IT!!! I spent the extra money for the deluxe edition because I wanted early access to the game, but lo and behold, the game doesn't work. When I start a franchise and try to do any of the pre-season trainings, the game freezes on the load screen and I have to ALT+CNTRL+DEL to get out of it. I've verified the file integrity, updated my graphics drivers, updated windows. The game is legit broken. I've searched online and posted in the discussions. Apparently a lot of other people are having the same problem and thus far EA has been silent on the issue. And of course it's not like Steam is going to refund me the extra $20 I paid for the deluxe version, so that's money down the frickin' drain - FOR NOTHING. So again, don't waste your money on this game until they have fixed it. God only knows when that will be. Jerks.
It amazes me that this game has gotten WORSE as the years have went on, specifically with the menus. You cannot go into the auction block, sets, etc in Ultimate team on PC. Every time you do so, ERROR. It's an absolute joke. I don't care about time dedicated, dev support etc, it's obvious that the people involved with game are simply NOT QUALIFIED. Menu errors had never been an issue in past maddens (Madden 15-Madden 21) Yet somhow on Madden 27, I cannot look up a single filter in the auction block. For anyone thinking of purchasing this game, do not do it, save your money, every single week releases new players with +1 attributes that cost 100$ to get maybe 4 usable players on your team THAT WILL EXPIRE WITHIN ANOTHER WEEK. Congrats Madden Team, you are a complete disappointment to anyone wanting to enjoy the game. Get a different job, you suck at this one!

its absolute garbage, you could straight up buy a syringe of cancer and inject it straight into your veins and still have more fun than this trash game. EA needs to be taken out to the back of the yard and shot with buckshot. this game used to be not fun but EA and their money hungry cucks of owners ruined it.
Caveat that I have access to the EA Employee friends & family store for cheap keys, so I got this game at a massive discount. Recommended only if you haven't played a Madden game in the last ~8 years. It's actually showing some (albeit very slow) forward progress. Animations are nice, game runs great on my pc, it's the real only NFL game out there so if that's what you're looking for, it's fine.... But if you're frugal you could buy any cheap Madden key from the last ~5 years and have a very similar experience.
Better than 26 and I thought it was the best madden in a long while. but 27 really played it safe, just made the presentation better but if you enjoyed 26, def pick this up. if you hated 26, stay away. I wrote this review after 1 game of quick play, keep that in mind. will edit if I feel like it needs to be changed.
The game is egregious. The sim stats for non-player teams are absurd, QBs throwing for damn near 5k yards each season but somehow not cracking 40 TDs. Receivers cant catch, drop at the slightest touch from defenders, and jump way too much when trying to catch a pass they could have without leaping off the ground. The movement also seems way worse than Madden 26. O Line cannot block for ♥♥♥♥, Play Action gets sacked immediately, and the opposing defense immediately knows your play. This game is utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, -10/10, would not recommend.
Some many bugs and game constantly freezes, do not purchase this game.
