Dyebreaker is finally out at home! The cabinet has been an absolute gem in the Arcade Commons collection and now I can play it anywhere! One of my fondest MAGFest memories was emceeing an absolutely blistering tournament for this game. The drama, the overtime, the near misses and tight saves. While the game obviously shines for local multiplayer, that AIs are shockingly good. I'm not too proud to say I was on the ropes in my first round against them. But of course, I as playing as DA CHAMPS so I was never going to lose.
Super fun game that's quick to pick up and play with friends! Love the art style, and stage gimmicks keep the rounds feeling fresh.
A modern arcade hit, now in the comfort of your own home! Difficult but rewarding. Even solo play against the CPU is pretty fun! If you can, play this one with some buddies! Definitely worth the sticker price. And what's great is that if you get good at this, you can go pro in person at WonderVille in Brooklyn and play the actual cabinet!
We really enjoy this game.
i haven't even played for an hour yet and already this was worth $5. this is "pick up and play" gaming at its finest - it's fast-paced, it's got layers of skill expression, and you get to play as a fish named slippery phil.
This game is a blast, very tight controls and very charming design. Lets get some online play for this! Also despite what it said I was able to play it on keyboard no problem.
This is an adorable party game. It's snappy, quick to pick up, and hectic without feeling out of your control. There's not a ton of single player experience to it, but it consistently does an incredible job of entertaining small groups. It's not a huge game, but absolutely worth the 5 dollars.
Snappy and deceptively complex.
Bright and whimsical! This game cured my depression!
A modern day multiplayer update of the classic Pong. Quick to learn, subtle options for game play styles, and plenty of color tones, this is a good time.
