Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

too much bugs and not a great shooting game, to say the truth. the accuracy isn't great and the guns doesn't change anything, but the recharging animation are great.
I thought it was fun, but I think it's got some kind of memory leak? I got to round 52, and it crashed, whereupon I checked task manager to see it had used up every last bit of my RAM. Specifically, it was using 24,681.4 MB (of my 32 GB system). This was my second time playing, this time with the AK-47. Not sure what my score was, something in the teens of millions. I do appreciate that this is a straight homage to Duck Hunt. The mouse controls are as smooth as you'd expect from an FPS or aim trainer. Options are barebones; I wish there were an option to make the targeting reticule contrast better against the bright sky. (The sky looks a fair bit brighter than it does in the store pictures.) The way the ducks flop out of the sky but retain some/much of their prior momentum, makes for a great visual style. If you press E to skip ahead quickly, and aim well enough to shoot 2-3 ducks in one shot, it gives the impression of duck fireworks. The game's biggest flaw is that the difficulty ramps up soo slooowly. For a halfway competent gamer, it takes forever for the game to get challenging. But some of the other reviewers are wrong: the ducks DO get faster, and it IS possible to get a game over. It just takes a LOOOONG time. And it's not clear to me exactly what the game over conditions are. It's a vibe; if you feel like aiming at ducks for an hour plus, this is a game for you. Unfortunately, I just don't think this is a good difficulty slope for this kind of game. It should get hard faster, or at least have an option to enable faster progress (with a different score tier, or something). I've come across one other notable glitch. You reload your gun in between flights of ducks, which you can skip by pressing the E key (or use a controller mapped to E). Once, on round 45, when I was skipping pretty quickly between ducks, it skipped to the next flight of ducks before I had taken care of the previous one. It did a few flights in succession like this, so there were maybe as many as 8 ducks on the screen at one time, and I was running out of ammo while still missing the incredibly fast birds. I got a fly away, whereupon all the ducks left and it went to the next flight normally. Plus two more non-notable glitches! When skipping fast into the end of a round, your dog can still be repeatedly jumping up in the background while another of your dog appears in the foreground to start the next round. And (maybe this is intentional, I don't know) sometimes your dog appears in mid-air to jump, making it a slight distraction next to the flying ducks. A very common pattern for the ducks is for two or three to all fly toward the center of the screen and overlap in such a way that you can shoot them all in one shot. (In fact, they do it so often, one might be convinced at the beginning that this is the only pattern they fly in.) I'm sure this is a way to make it easier for the guns with less ammo, plus get through the ducks quicker. It feels cheap, even patronizing in the beginning, but in later, harder rounds, it is a lifeline. I'm not sure if shooting all at once gives a score bonus or anything, though it does play an overlapping sound so you can tell you shot multiple even if they're flying too fast to tell whether they're falling. I don't dislike this feature, exactly, but it could really be improved in conjunction with the difficulty to make it a more polished and widely-appealing game. Ultimately, I don't exactly recommend the game, on account of the apparent memory leak and the tedious/unchangeable difficulty slope (not a difficulty curve, AFAIK). You may still enjoy it if you want to have a zen aiming experience for a long sitting. The price is right for that.

Duck Flight Simulator 2021 takes the familiar concept of arcade-style bird hunting and turns it into a straightforward first-person shooting experience. Developed and published by Ritual Interactive, the game is much less concerned with accurately recreating the complexities of real hunting than its title might initially suggest. Instead, it delivers a deliberately uncomplicated challenge built around spotting ducks and geese, tracking them through the air, and bringing them down before they escape. The result feels closer to a modern interpretation of classic shooting-gallery games than a detailed hunting simulator. The core gameplay is easy to understand almost immediately. Birds fly across the player's field of view, and success depends primarily on reaction speed, accuracy, and the ability to follow moving targets. The difficulty gradually increases as the rounds progress, particularly as the birds begin moving faster. This creates a basic but effective sense of escalation. Early rounds allow players to become comfortable with aiming and shooting, while later encounters demand quicker reactions and more confident targeting. There are few complicated systems standing between the player and the main activity, making it particularly suitable for short and casual play sessions. Weapon selection adds some welcome variety to the otherwise repetitive structure. The available firearms are not all presented as realistic choices for waterfowl hunting, and that is very much part of the joke. Trying different weapons can slightly alter how players approach their targets and gives the game a playful quality that fits its overall personality. This is not a title interested in painstaking weapon maintenance, ammunition management, realistic ballistics, or extensive equipment customization. Its firearms exist primarily to make shooting airborne targets entertaining. The game's sense of humor also extends beyond its arsenal. A German shepherd accompanies the player despite not being the stereotypical hunting companion one might expect for retrieving waterfowl. The game openly acknowledges oddities such as this rather than attempting to disguise them. That self-awareness gives Duck Flight Simulator 2021 some personality despite its limited scope. The outdoor hunting environment similarly functions more as an atmospheric backdrop than a complicated ecosystem. Players are not expected to spend long periods following tracks, studying animal behavior, or navigating a massive wilderness area. Visually, the colorful 3D environment does enough to establish the outdoor setting while keeping attention on the flying targets. The first-person viewpoint works naturally with the shooting mechanics because players must continuously scan the sky and react when birds appear. The presentation is modest rather than technically ambitious, but that suits a game with such a focused premise. It is designed around getting into the action quickly rather than delivering cinematic storytelling or highly detailed environmental simulation. Its greatest weakness is repetition. Shooting ducks and geese remains the foundation of nearly everything the player does, and increasing target speed cannot completely disguise the limited variety. Different weapons provide additional experimentation, but there are no elaborate progression systems or major gameplay transformations that dramatically change the experience over time. Anyone expecting a deep hunting simulator with extensive locations, realistic wildlife behavior, character development, equipment progression, and sophisticated survival mechanics will likely find the package too basic. On the other hand, that simplicity can also be an advantage. There is little commitment required to understand the game, and its arcade-oriented design makes it easy to play for a few rounds without worrying about complicated objectives. The increasingly quick birds provide a straightforward test of reflexes, while the humorous weapon choices and unconventional hunting companion prevent the experience from becoming completely sterile. It knows that the concept is somewhat ridiculous and embraces that quality instead of treating itself with unnecessary seriousness. Steam Deck compatibility is currently best considered unverified rather than officially confirmed. There is no established Steam Deck Verified or Playable status to guarantee a fully optimized handheld experience. Given the game's comparatively modest technical demands, it may still be possible to run it through Steam Deck's compatibility environment, but players should not interpret that as official support. Input behavior, interface readability, performance, and other handheld-specific details may therefore require individual testing or adjustment. Overall, Duck Flight Simulator 2021 works best as a small arcade diversion rather than as the realistic simulation its name might imply. Its fast-moving birds, uncomplicated gunplay, escalating difficulty, weapon variety, outdoor atmosphere, and lighthearted attitude create an accessible experience that can be entertaining in short bursts. The narrow gameplay loop prevents it from offering much long-term depth, but players interested in simple target shooting and intentionally silly hunting games may appreciate its direct approach. It is a modest and repetitive experience, but its accessible shooting mechanics and playful personality give it enough charm to function as an enjoyable casual arcade game. Rating: 6/10
