For the price? Yes. Some friends and I played for an hour, maybe two, and had some laughs, but it is wildly uninspired and half-assed. It feels like it was never playtested. Like someone had an idea, thought it sounded fun, never played it or had anyone else play it, and then released it. Judging from Viper's other project, this is likely to be a one off attempt at some meme worthy cash grab and it will be abandoned without seeing any substantial changes. To Viper: - Dad needs a different walk animation. You could have him audibly stomp around the house to create tension and help the kids know where he is when he is close. His prance he does around the house is weird and doesn't fit and there's no reason he should be that silent. - I would remove the life bars for the kids and make it a three point hit system. The life bar is confusing. One hit from the dad sometimes did 75% damage and sometimes 1 hit KO. - Match beginning animation needs a skip button. - Dad's weapon shelf should be moved to a back area similar to the kids no dad area, also away from any fridges. Or maybe give him one untouchable fridge back there. - Players should be able to choose who is dad. - More than one house level. - A better onboarding process. - Remove the old lady. Why is she there? Did she have a purpose? We never figured it out. Maybe give here a way to aid gameplay. - The house feels uninspired as well. Maybe prototype some other designs. - Add more lights to the house. Also dad shouldn't be able to see in the dark so the kids can hide. - There should be secret paths that only kids can take, but they can't carry things like fridges through them.

Holy Peak, absolute cinema love coming home after my shift and seeing my kids already prepared in their battle ready attire as if I've done this before. This is the first time I've come home drunk after my unc shift to beat my kids.

Friends and I played this game before the new changes and, while buggy and a little confusing, we had a lot of fun! Played it on stream and chat even wanted to join so I am very happy to see dev is open to feedback and got an update out quickly!
