Certain games seem to be created with the sole intention of wasting the player's time as much as possible. This is one of them. In my relatively short stint with this game, I found myself in quite a few a trial and error scenarios, which punish the player not by taking them to an inconvenient area or forcing them to solve a new puzzle, but by simply returning the player to the main menu. Oftentimes, however, the game doesn't even offer you that courtesy, as you perhaps jump into a tube that sends you falling into a void below the map and you're left with no option but to manually quit your current session so you can try again. Additionally, multiple areas apparently soft lock you from progressing. Take the wrong slide and you end up in a series of rooms with no exit. What can you do? Find an autosave from before you were blocked from progressing and work your way back to a spot where you can try an alternate path. It's nonsense. I've played my fair share of Backrooms/liminal exploration type games and I understand they're supposed to be labyrinthian. That's fine. Dream Corps, however, is not a labyrinth, but a trap of a game made to frustrate and drain. If that sounds like a great time, go for it. Elsewise, I cannot recommend. "Dream Corps" is a liminal space / backrooms walking simulator with a child-like indoor playground aesthetic. There are 2-3 creepy entities walking around but no enemies that can chase or hurt you. The game takes approximately 1.5 hours to walk through and obtain 100% of the achievements. + The game is gorgeous with vibrant bright environments. The environments are very shiny with lots of beautiful reflections everywhere. + The game has a VHS graphic filter which you can change at any time with just the push of the "F" key. + With maxed out 4K graphics you can make some amazing desktop wallpaper using Steam screenshots. + Can play the game in VR. - There is a story but it is cliche and useless. - The sound effects and soundscapes are horrendous and grating to listen to on the ears with headphones. Also the soundscapes are too loud, clip, and are jarring when they stop and repeat. Fortunately I think the developer realized this and you can turn it off with the "G" key on the keyboard anytime. But then the game is an awkward dead silent. I would have put several speakers in various rooms and played some eerie playground music. - The level design is super basic, no mazes or anything interesting. The game involves mostly just walking through the entire game with 2-3 very basic puzzles. The environments are beautiful and vibrant, but literally everything else is dull. As an art piece it kind of works, barely. Overall: 6/10
Very good game enjoyed it alot :)
I beat the game with 86% achievements. A super dreamlike colorful realistic backrooms game where you journey across several magical playrooms levels full of vibrant color, magnificent mushroom, octopus, clown and other statues and trippy visuals and lighting. Super fun game full of true magic and chill gameplay
When first uploaded it had a few bugs, but its 100% worth the price. The major stuff that stopped gameplay has been fixed. If you're on the fence about buying the game, DO IT!! IT'S such a good game. Creepy and kinda nostalgic at the same time. I'm not sorry i bought the game!

Very boring. There is nothing to it. Don't waste your money.
Crudely assembled & deeply misguided, to an honestly baffling degree compared to most things I've played on here. From the astonishingly sparse environment design that makes typical first-pass greyboxing look like a spectacle of unbridled indulgence by comparison, constant throwbacks to the same Circuit City DIVX sales tape ripped directly from YouTube with added random aspect-ratio skew & dubbed with a TTS that mispronounces Corps in a way that makes the title pun fail to land & honestly feels like it went entirely unchecked by the developer, this obnoxious attempt of a more sinister dreamcore experience fails to deliver anything I would consider intentionally valuable or memorable.
