DRAGON QUEST® XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age™ - Definitive Edition

I love JRPGs and Dragon Quest XI S Definitive Edition gave me everything that I would want in well made role playing game. There is so much content jammed-packed into this game and it made for an incredible introduction to the iconic Dragon Quest series. The add-ons and post-game found in the definitive edition is worth the asking price alone in my opinion. I loved the combat systems, how you can craft powerful weapons with the fun sized forge, and the depth of the main story. The party was also very enjoyable to interact with, each member has a lot of heart and depth to their personality. Dragon Quest XI’s structure, story, and combat uses traditional gameplay elements that are tried and true - but it never got stale. Everything this experience offered just felt really cozy to me. This game is very long but it’s well worth exploring in its entirety and a must play for fans of the genre.

I wanna start this off by saying this was my first ever dragon quest game and it was an amazing experience 👍 The music is fantastic, the artsyle is very beautiful, the environments are really charming, and I got really attached to the different characters, which made the end extremely sad for me The story is very interesting and I actually wanted to follow along by reading every piece of dialog which I dont usually do in other games😅 I love the classic turn based battle system since they didnt add any weird gimicks and the bosses were sometimes actually kinda difficult so I had to change my strategy Overall this has to be one of my favorite games ever and I can recommend it to anyone that wants a good jrpg

Очень лампово посидеть вечерком под пледиком, оркестровые композиции открывают желание проходить пешком по карте сражаясь с энкаунтерами даже после полного завершения игры. Сюжет в стиле Square Enix раскрыл каждого играбильного персонажа в их же арках и они получились весьма интересными, одним из больших плюсов игры то что даже после победы над финальным боссом игра не заканчивается. Финальный босс хоть и имел несколько фаз, получился он не таким тяжелым как можно было подумать. Удивило наличие двух режимов и отдельного сюжета уже в 2D. Игра справилась со своей задачей на ура, а именно подарила эмоции и счастливые часы о которых никак не жалею! Думаю каждый уважающий себя игрок в JRPG обязан прикоснуться к этому шедевру.

예전 DOS 게임이나 잡지 부록 게임을 즐기던 향수가 떠올라 오랜만에 한 작품을 골라 플레이했습니다. 드래곤퀘스트 11 전에 거쳐 갈 여러 후보를 살펴봤지만 딱히 눈에 차는 게임이 없어 고민하던 차에, 우연히 이 작품을 만나 꽤 즐겁게 즐겼습니다. 인생작 수준으로 엄청나게 재미있었다고 하긴 어렵지만, 나름대로 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 시간이 흘러 입맛이 변한 탓에 옛 음식을 먹고 낯설게 느껴질 때도 있지만, 기분 좋은 추억 보정과 함께 맛있게 즐긴 기분입니다.

I wish I could forget that I played this so I could experience it for the first time all over again.
