A fine example of the terrible bileware currently plaguing Steam, Dragon Lords 3D has the temerity to call itself a strategy game. The strategy part involves dropping units onto a map and watching them auto fight, like we’re playing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lane game. DL3DS looks like a game from the late 90s (and a knockoff Heroes of Paragon, which also looks like ♥♥♥♥!) and features all the tell-tale mobile signs, like gems, dragging the mouse pointer, clicking for resources and lengthy time locks. I assume you can buy gems for real money to speed everything up and make the game easier for yourself, but why would you want to.
Well, it's finally here-wait, what? I waited three months for WHAT?
Welp, I complained about games getting delayed and whatnot but guess what, check for yourself Dragon Lords: 3D Strategy is a mobile port Both on Google play and facebook the game has similarities to clash of clans with a mild twist!- oh, and microsoft, don't forget that.
in all seriousness this is practically a 3d clash of clans with less features.

Disclaimer#1 9/12
As of 9/12 I dropped the game, not only are the build times absurd they practically encourage you to spend gems to speed them up. Also for some reason the loading screen doesn't want to authenthicate? Either way. The game's a joke, beware. 3/10
Disclaimer #2
It's not my job to slam games, you know this by now with all the reviews I post when I feel the need arises (Be it really good, or really..terrible ones. Before you assume. 'This isn't a hateful review.' Read on.)
So, what's dragon lords 3d?
Long story short, Dragon lords is a 3d (huh, you don't say) similar game to clash of clans, nothing more simple, the design of how most games in this category work exactly like one another, It's just another look on putting a new face on the 'build a base, attack others, blah blah blah you get the point' It's practically cookie cutter- Except however It's in 3d, on steam, and has no facebook page besides somewhere you can install it. Why? I don't know, you ask me I couldn't find the actual facebook page.
What's actually different about it?
I'm gonna be honest when saying this-
It's pretty generic "Unite friends, be the ultimate guild, unbreakable" -Snort- Ah..If only.
Besides having access to a 'dragon' which is ACTUALLY how you use spells there is no actual dragon to fight with besides the ones you summon later in the game. Featuring Daenerys Targaryen with one dragon.
How's the game-play though? You ask.
Game-play is pretty standard, unlike how you lose all your troops when you complete a raid if any of your units actually survive you can keep the entirety of them, so if you're 'smart' you don't have to pay a penny (or little) resources to replace troops. If you've played Clash of clans or something relatively similar of the sort it's a little obvious how the game runs, guilds=/=clans most units actual similarly to those you have comparably, wall breakers, loot priority, defense soaking tanks you name it. Here's a fun fact, the Ai is actually smart, the defenses target the lowest hp unit, the offensive units actually go in optimized paths
It's actually a nice sight. If you see 20 units attacking a wall segment, they wont break the whole wall if you have one little broken segment, they'll funnel into said wall and attack whatever's on their 'preferred target list'
Some buildings hurt more than others some have more utility (Builders huts actually have a use, they increase nearby structures hp by 20%. WELL NOW) For 3d graphics it runs decently on most computers- Well duh, everything game-play wise about this game is standard, the setting, the 'campaign' the graphics, In the end can't really complain much.
The "Constraints"
If you know most games of this similar model you'll know what I mean by this, gems, rubies, crowns, whatever the f- they're the in-game 'premium' currency, how most games make their money on a mobile front "Want protection for a week? Gems, want instant training troops? Gems, want buildings to construct instantly, have more resources and builders houses? GEMS. If you don't fork over money in the eventual long-run you're ultimately crippling how fast you can progress.
As normal, i'm sure you can 'earn' gems through removing naturally appearing obstacles in your island, achievements, etc. But of course, if you want to get big gems, whip out your credit-card and deposit.

A personal thought from the reviewer/Conclusion
"Sigh, to those who actually hate the port, let alone gems system, avoid the game. If you like these types of games give it a try, I can't exactly blame the producers for bringing this to steam (Knowing we definitely need something other than the garbage we're being forcefed via tube) In the end, If you want something to play that looks nice on the eyes (And you don't want to spend money) perhaps try this game for yourself." This is an opinion mind you, I can tolerate playing the game unlike others, you don't need gems to become the top dog
coming from the one who said gems can speed up so much -cough-
You just need to be.. 'patient' some buildings take longer than others, etc etc. I'll say it again. If you feel like spending money, thats on you. If you don't, that's also on you. Your money your choice. In the end I can't say I hate the game, or particularally like it that much, a more Neutral review than anything, and for 'once' i'm going to be honest with the end, I can't recommend this to people who hate microtransactions 4/10 I CAN however recommend it for those who want something similar to clash of clans 7/10 Me however, I'm just flat out neutral. 5/10. It's alright.

Phone game for computer. That in itself isn't the problem, it's just that this is hardly entertaining. Having a Real Time Builder for PC is in itself not a problem. Having it p2w to an extent is not that big of a deal either. It's just that when you add fighting to the game and you make the fighting so terribly unplayable, it's anti-fun, anti-game and most of all anti-gaming industry.
I like how it looks that's about it. I can understand games like this and needing some way to make money with microtransactions, but this is a little over the top especially with the wait timer. Upgrading buildings to lvl "4" 24 hours!?!?!? it's only lvl 4 don't you think that's a bit excessive. If the wait time was lower atleast for low lvls I'd reccomend it, but it gets to the point where you run out of things to do just when starting the game. Microtransaction heavy, don't know how long I'll keep this in my library. Oh almost forgot to mention how stupid your units can be. Time to time will split from the main group and try to go solo on a wall, will continually attack the wall while being shot at even tho theres an opening to get in.

Es un Clans of clans con algo de mejores gráficos y optimizado para pc, con algún extra más pero en esencia es crear tu base y defenderla de ataques mientras tu atacas otras. Sin más.
Скучная Мой итог 3/10
