I enjoyed this game for a bit and wanted to come back to it but after reinstalling it I couldn't get it to run. It just crashes on running. I tried several troubleshooting links provided by wolverine studios but no luck.
Game is pretty dope. I enjoy the options when starting up. I started a new save. Currently on my 2nd season. I only had 3 scholarships to offer. Only 1 player signed, the other 2 that i thought were a sure thing signed elsewhere. My only recruit was a 4 star PG. After firing my scout to get a better one. My 4 star PG went down to 3. 2 of my players left. I was down to 9 players before the walkons. Throwing away all the goals i had in mind for the upcoming season and i got to admit, I love it. Game does have it's hiccups. The quit game option in game should ask you again if you are sure before exiting. I was playing late at night, i had a heavy lead during halftime and i accidentally hit the quit game took me to the play/sim screen. On some occasions the halftime screen didn't even pop up. I hope the 2d game engine improves, maybe even becomes 3d in the future. Improvements that i hope happen in the future. The ability to edit players without having to go to commissioner mode. Ability to have a player train for a different position. Example in my current save I currently only have 1 SF but have plenty of PF. One whom is 6 '6 that could fit the position, would love to have an option to have him train a new position and have him be a SF/PF. More texting or talking to players option. Maybe they can steal a page from 2k when it comes to talking to players, an actual talk or just a chit chat to improve player morale. I lost both of my players even though the bars were healthy. The ability to compare players/recruits. Ability to ask for more money for recruiting or facilities upgrade in season. Maybe even have a booster offer you money, if you put his son on the team. Or future promises to a player, lets say you're a small school and a 5 star recruit says he'll sign with you if you sign his brother who's a 1/2 star. Contract negotiations with sponsors/staff. Mentoring players. Have a SR help out a FR improve his game. At first the game might seem like too much, like any simulation sports game but after a couple of games, you'll get lost in the game and forget that 3 hours have past because your having a blast and are so close of getting that 3 star recruit after you failed to get that 4 and 5 star recruit on whom you spent most of your budget on.
Best Game from Wolverine Studios yet. UI is great and the game runs smooth with no crashes unlike previous version.
I've played every college recruiting type game I can get my hands on. The games from Draft Day while not perfect are the best out there. If like recruiting games, you'll like this game. If you found yourself only doing recruiting for EA Sports college basketball games and simming all the games then you'll like this game.
Great game if you love college basketball!
I like how much control we have on the team but would welcome some more. maybe allow us to have control over things like $ for tickets, promotions, building new arena or upgrading current one. Overall i really enjoy the game. id recommend the game and try it out for yourself!
