Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 10 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very tiny hot spot icons and awkward controls made this playthrough a totally unenjoyable and frustrating experience. Got so bad that I quit the game and deleted from account.
The controls are awful, even when i maxed out the mouse sensitivity it still felt very slow and sluggish.

Evaluation: Enjoyable escape room game with immersive atmosphere and story. Experience: Overall, the game and the puzzles are good - certainly worth playing though as with most escape rooms there's not much replayablity. There is a hint system if you get stuck, and there's a few places where the solution is weird enough that I think most people would need that, but most of the solutions you can figure out on your own. The key turning mechanics are horrible, you have to click and drag it in just the right way, and there are alot of these throughout the game. Suggestions: Recommended if you like puzzle or escape room games, particularly if you're familiar with the history surrounding Stanley and Livingstone or interested in learning about it. Worth noting that Stanley, who you play as, was not a great guy and did a bunch of bad things with regard to the colonization of Africa - this is not clear from the game but it does say to not let the game form the basis of your opinions with regards to the historical figures involved. On the other hand, Livingstone did genuinely focus on building positive relations with African locals, which comes through a bit in the game, and it may not be apparent to those familiar with the horrors that came in the scramble for Africa that Livingstone was different. The game is appropriate for all ages, though it at times has a dark or creepy atmosphere and at one point when you think you're opening a door, the floor instead caves in below you, which is a bit startling. But overall it isn't a scary game and there are no jumpscares.

Well, I sure wished there was a neutral button, this game deserves that. On the bright side is the art style and the atmosphere, they are built well, no rooms look like they have been copy/pasted, background music is nice and chill, it has voice acting and it tackles a story about a subject I never saw covered, Dr. Livingstone. But that is about it for the good stuff. On the other side, the game has some horrendous controls, tedious exploration, tiny interactive areas, hard to see objects and meaningless side interactions. Starting with the controls, the movement itself feels sluggish, and the crouch is even worse, you can barely move while crouching, meaning, you gotta stand up – walk – crouch – stand up again – walk – crouch (repeat as many times needed). And the controls for puzzle aren’t much better. The puzzles themselves I do not mind, but the tediousness of the controls is what makes them harder that they should be. The game has those kind of controls where you gotta spin the mouse around or drag a lever while holding the mouse button, but they are bad, often times I found myself dragging the mouse into the second monitor, or making circles with the mouse only for the object to spin the other way or spazz around. As for tedious exploration, is about the fact that you spend way too much opening all kind of doors, drawers. The problem is that there are way too many of them, with many being totally empty or having non-interactive objects. Puzzles and some objects have very tiny interactive areas, and what I mean by this is that some puzzles have interactive zones which are very little. Things like buttons, drag points, etc… and the game is not forgiving, your cursor gotta be pixel perfect placed over whatever you are trying to interact with. I would say that some puzzles would really need a zoom in/out function. Hard to see objects are tied to the previous point. Some objects you need for puzzles blend in too damn much with the rest of the environment. As an example I can name the puzzle in the last room, where the item I needed was in a drawer which barely opened half way, so I had to almost clip through the wall just to find the damn thing. Another, was a book related one where you had to press numbered books in a certain order, but these books almost blended with other environmental ones which too had numbers on them. Final point is not that bad but just a let down. Is about the fact that most items you can look at have no value, all this does is just to zoom in on them, things like sculptures or paintings. But some do trigger small dialogues adding a bit to the story, so it was possible to add a bit of flavor text to them, which means it was possible to further enhance the atmosphere of visiting an explorer’s home. So, this game for me was a hit and miss, some puzzles were fine others were a pain, controls are ok for walking around but not for anything else, the story is short but not very deep and it involves reading notes/letters to find out more, a few objects needed for puzzles are easy to find but unfortunately many others are frustrating. Still, I would not say this game is worth the full price, but I saw it on a sale for 2-3 $, for that price, I would say yeah, that’s better. Enthusiasts of escape room genres might find it enjoyable, and it has a demo, so give that a try first. But regarding this, I gotta say, I got no idea why it is described as a reverse esc room, cuz for me an esc-room is a kind of game where you pass through a room or series of rooms in order to reach a goal, escaping the room is the usual goal but in this game is finding your friend. So, it is the same process just with another goal/end.
Visually unclear, sluggish and clunky
The story and VA is good. The African setting is a breath of fresh air in the Escape Rooms genre. But thats as far as the positives go. The puzzles are mostly just not well designed, often either obtuse, rely on moon logic too much, or just not creative. I have seen some of them a hundred times. Plus they are often visually unclear, as the colour palette is pretty much limited to shades of brown and dark yellow (or other monochromes depending on the room). You often can't see the goal or the interactable elements clearly. That combined with sluggish, janky controls and interactions, even with mouse sensitivity cranked up to max and a generally glitchy UI and inventory makes this a frustrating experience. Also you can't just put nothing interactable in 99% of the drawers and hide a crucial progress item in the remaining 1%, unless you want to screw with your players. The gameplay is around 3-5 hrs, but I am not sure it is worth the effort.
Reseña de Dr Livingstone, I Presume? Reversed Escape Room

Resumen del Juego
Dr Livingstone, I Presume?

Dr Livingstone, I Presume?
